I cannot find my login information or I cannot log in

If you cannot find your login information, the most common cause is that it is in your spam/junk folder, or for gmail users in the ‘Promotion’ tab or in the spam folder, and for outlook users in the ‘Promotion’ or in the ‘Other’ tab, or in the junk folder.

If you have problems with logging into our membership portal, there can be several causes, but the most common one is that you mis-typed your password. The solution is to copy and paste it instead of re-writing it.
