We know that the self care are very important, if we care about our healt and bour the good state of the body, we could do our activity of thai massage for more years.
As better are our bodies, better are the terapy, if we have a pain of course that we would not be on a 100% and the massage would not be the best one.
How can we care our knees, our thumbs, our hands of working everyday on Thai Massages?

This is something which is very important to me. I have covered this extensively in my Complete Thai Massage course, and I have created some special courses to help with this exact issue. One is Body Mastery For Massage. The other one is Hands Free Massage which takes all the stress off the hands and shows how to work correctly with all these other body parts like forearms, elbows, knees and feet.
