Gave my husband a reflexology treatment last night & started the session with Thai foot massage as per module 3. He found it very beneficial and I found he was able to relax much quicker before I started the reflexology session. I will definitely start my sessions with Thai foot massage for any future reflexology. I am surprised that foot massage is not incorporated in the training & course of reflexology. Something I may address to my Reflexology college!
Pamela, combining massage styles often improves the entire experience. For example Thai massage is not really good with abdominal work, so I use techniques from Chi Nei Tsang instead, a perfect combination.
Also I always use 10 or 15 minutes of my Heavenly Head Massage at the end of any session that I do, and people love it. By the way, I just finished recording my entire Heavenly Head Massage training on video.
So for you it works to combine reflexology with Thai foot massage. Creativity is a great skill in the healing arts professions!
