Shama; I work out at our local gym .Doing what is called TRX and Tabata boot camp. I love it and work with a great groupof woman. Once in a while I will get calf and or thigh cramp during this,so I have been stretching to relieve . I wish I had a self Thai stretch to do quickly for me and anyof the other girls this happens to.There are so many stretches in our thai massage course which one could i use on myself for this? Any suggestions? I am up tp Module 26. Thanks Kathy
The Thai Massage stretches are essentially applied yoga stretches. Thai Massage itself is not designed to be done on yourself. Therefore rather than trying to find a way to do Thai Massage on yourself, it is easier and more practical to just use some yoga stretches which are designed to be done on yourself in the first place.
However, having said this, there is an entire module coming up in the "Art Of Thai Massage" training which is included in the Complete Thai Massage course which shows you a whole range of stretches just for the calf muscle. So that will be helpful.
