How interesting that we have spent millions of years learning to walk upright and my cycling clients turn around and regress back to bent over posture! Shama, this module on glutes & sacrum work will undo all their bad bike posture ! this is another great module for athletes. I also feel that not only will it help with their recovery but also improve their performance!

Pamela, it looks like you have some very regular biking customers. I am curious, how much of the Thai Massage did you already incorporate into your treatments and what has been the reaction of your clients so far?

I am actually doing the leg techniques now with all 8 of my bike clients. We still have some snow here where I live but mountain bike season will start in about 3 weeks & will run till October. Mountain bikers are pretty hard on their bodies! I am treating the team about once a week but once the race season starts I can treat my bike clients 2-3 times a week depending on the races. I am really going to focus on leg, shoulder and glute techniques now. All of my bike clients have had nothing but positive words to all the techniques that I have been using.

Feel free to check out the bike team @ http://www.teampurple.ca. The team is a competitive race team within a cycling club that raises money for children’s cancer.
