OK this one is my favorite but no surprise being a reflexologist !
I will start using these techniques on my next client, especially the arm techniques. hand reflexology is much more isolated and does not incorporate much arm techniques. I can now offer my hand reflexology clients that much more. You are right Shama these can be used almost anywhere ! I don’t think there is a day that Goes by that someone in my office doesn’t come & see me for some hand and arm relief, including my own boss!!! too much of our time is spent at a computer and the repetitive strain injuries will just continue to get worse !
Pamela it is quite interesting that working on the extremities of the body like feet, hands and head feels incredibly good. Here in Thailand you can get foot massage all over the place. It is not exactly reflexology, but it is very beneficial and feels really good.
Hand massage is always part of Thai Massage, and for my part, I would be happy if someone is just working on my hands and feet.
My absolute favorite is neck, head and face massage. It is not so easy to find good therapists who specialize in that here in Thailand which is why I developed my Heavenly Head Massage system. I just finished my video homestudy course of this system which I am really excited about.
I am thinking about doing a special recording for more Thai foot and hand work.
