Hi to all

I read your mail Mr Shama and it's crazy how we can't express the benefits and qualities of massage therapy. At my job you have some that are health fine-tics, they learned nutrition and so forth... as soon as they get a head ache they reach for a pill. I have relations that work in hospitals and they told me pills don't work for headaches they just subdue the pain.My recipe for  a head ache :massage with exercise eat organic no need to panic; take away the stress with a pinch of more rest

I had scoliosis class 4 I do construction, heavy lifting ,weight training, running so forth. When I was about twelve I was cliff diving and struck the bottom of the ocean never went hospital. At thirteen I went school in Maine played football. When I came back to Bermuda my back started hurting the Doctor wanted to operate I said no. I started  Ti-chi at nine but I stopped at thirteen, so at nineteen I remembered that Ti-chi is internal also . So I went to Master Reginald Cann he taught me Ti-chi he also did Thai- massage with acupressure. If you saw my back now it looks like my shoulder is a little shorter. Wink

Your prescription for headaches sounds like a good approach to me. Smile

It seems that you always had an inclination towards natural healing - good for you!
