Hi All,
I was reading Shama's newsletter today discussing fancy Thai Massage techniques and when I looked at the blog post I saw a picture of the kidney stretch/bridge technique and I was wondering if there are any alternative ways of carrying out a similar stretch without squatting with the client's feet on the knees.
Although I am usually OK with most clients doing this there are some who are either too heavy or too tense, however it's such a lovely stretch for the spine that I would love to be able to offer it to all my clients.
Thank you in advance for any tips and advice.
All the best,
Cristina
Cristina, yes, there are lots of options which are easier to do. In fact I just recorded a new video training module about spinal traction moves. That's part of my Complete Thai Massage course, however I am thinking of making it available separately as well. You will see an email about this very soon.
