As I start this course I think a demonstration workbook would be awesome to keep track of all the techniques and hand positions.  Is there one?

Felicia, I don't use workbooks with my courses since you cannot really see how to implement techniques from a photo. You need to see it in motion, and that's something you can only see in a video.

You often get a workbook in live classes since this is the only way that you can remember what you have learned. Without that your training can fade quickly from your memory since you never get another chance to see it live.

However in the case of this training, you can (and should) watch the videos several times until you totally grasp the concepts. This is much more beneficial than looking at photos or drawings in a workbook. Many of our students have reported that they really appreciate this feature that they can always go back and watch a training module again.

There is an index in your course manual which lists the content of all the course modules so that you can find things easily.

Great to know I can refer to the module descriptions.  I do like video content but I also like workbooks.  I like them as reference materials to review in between sessions or on a trip.  I don't always have access to video content.  Thank you much for your response.
