A lot of this material was not new to me after taking other thai classes. However the best part about this first mod is the toe squat positioning. This is a game changer for me. I have found myself sitting on the floor doing foot work and especially with the client on a 3 inch mat I still found myself muscling into the foot vs using body weight. Toe squat with wide legs makes this so much easier and body friendly!
