Dear Shama!
Yes, I am now ready to share my progress and seek your guidance on Sciatica Course...
Module 1 & 2 : Introduction + Testing & Diagnosis: In this video course, you have gone one step further by explaining so clearly with diagrams and pics , what sciatica is, how it happens and its effects... I have gone through very well your testing methods for sciatica as well as limited diagnosis, of course, massage therapists need not do that in depth diagnosis, you have rightly said. Use of yoga pose: Vajra Asana (Thunderbolt Pose) & Supta Vajra Asana is so appropriate for Sciatica management.
Thanks again my dear sir...

Module 3 & 4 : It is my pleasure to inform that I have never gone through such an excellent practical knowledge of the Sciatia Nerve unless I have seen your Sciatica Video Course Module 3....Thank you very much for superb presentation of the knowledge and Skill....
I practiced well rocking the lower back with foot...
Working on the grooves with the fingertips is becoming my favourite working for sciatica problem....

You will not hurt your clients accidentally with your foot anymore than you might hurt them with your knees, hands, elbows or forearms. Any technique requires practice, sensitivity and experience to apply well. Foot techniques are very useful, but they do require good balance and careful application of just the right pressure.
Foot techniques come in very handy when you work on very large persons and you want to make sure that you don't strain your hands. However, like with all my courses, the techniques are options to choose from, not mandatory sequences. Of course using a foot technique would not be a good choice for a 100 pound woman, but it might be an excellent choice for a 200 pound man.
