I like the wave and to add the cross to it is great. I have done the circle before and it really is helpful. I like adding the cross wave to the session too. When doing the chest on a large breasted client would you do the side circles or would you avoid them? Could you purposefully place your hand to move the breast tissue so you had better contact with the rib cage and do the side circles? My client liked the upper chest work and the elephant walk on the shoulder.
"You just let the energy guide you" - that's a good recipe for being in a flow state! Once you know the techniques well enough that you don't have to think about them all the time, you can just go with the flow and you will spontaneously do the right thing.
Regarding hands on the side of the chest on large breasted clients, this depends on your relationship with the client and on the situation. If the breasts are kind of spilling over the sides, and the client is not wearing a bra, then you would probably mostly skip this movement. However there might be cases where the client is very comfortable with you and doesn't mind having their breasts moved around a bit as long as they like the move.

I like doing work on the sacrum. I feel this is an overlooked area. My partner enjoyed this session as well. If I have a client that has SI problems (pinched nerve) would you work on that area in the supine or prone position first? I have in the past worked on them in the prone position first.
If you are sensitive, you can work very gently with your knees, even on not so big clients. It's just a matter of developing some feeling in your knees. It will never match the feeling in your hands, but with practice you can do a lot with your knees on many areas of the body: back, feet, legs, glutes, arms, back and shoulders.
