Module 1

I have to say that it was very useful due to the explanations of the body ergonomics and the givers positions as well the positions of the receiver!

Starts with type of pressures and our tool-case!!!!In reality all our body is a tool to work and do it with many ways! But the most important tool we have is the quality of touch is the Healing Touch is the transmission of the positive energy to the receiver.

Each body is different and the tools we have are different !The power of pressure is different as well so we must be very careful if the receiver is ready for something like we have to use to receive the right filling we want. The people from Thailand  are small and light they are not like us and the structure of their bones is totally different from our structure. Many times we see many Technics but if we will try to implement using the same way we will give to the receiver a bad experience!

It is very well managed by Shama by giving all the instructions step by step!

Module 2

Lesson 2 is the Why we should love Thai massage because Thai massage is coming from inside of us, is a dance it is harmony it is the perfection of body moves.

So we have to be patient to achieve this perfection of our ergonomic moments and make a wonderful gift to the receiver.

Very interesting the effects of the Chi machine and the automatic relaxing of the receiver…

Very impressive which I implemented the next day with very big success!!!!!

And really it is the first time after a long time I understand that yes we have to give to the receiver some time to enjoy the experience before we make the next move!!!!

Healing possess is a serious matter for us and for them!

It is not only their need to receive it but it is a bigger need for us to give it!

Module 3

For this lesson we start with the foot massage – very interesting techniques and so many .

We have various techniques so we may choose the ones we like or find  as most appropriate for the receiver.

Shama says that it is the first touch, the first warm contact and if it will be not successful we will not have a second change! This is true!

Never happens to me until now but I have the filling as a receiver when I was in Thailand.

We must learn to be patient and follow the processes moving our body ,transmitted our energy and our calmness to the receiver make them relax and live the experience of the most enjoyable therapeutic massage in all the Wold. The Thai Massage!

Most of the times I believe that it is better for me not to be hurried so I never watch the clock!

I prefer to make slow moves and achieve the ultimate relaxation for the receiver!

In this Lesson we show all the ways to work with the foot and give the first mystery impression to the receiver for all the next moves will follow!

In this video you don’t Know what first to enjoy the Technics of the Thai massage or the way that Shama has to pass  to us all this amazing training!!!!

Module 4

This is the second lesson for the legs. It is amazing what we can do and it is even more amazing what the receivers are feeling if we do it by the correct manner!

Don’t do it with your fingers do it with your all body! Make the movements and be one with the receiver! Do the techniques and all the pressures and the twisting by finding first the correct position for your body be comfortable and pass your relaxation to the receiver.

The most important is the transition of our body from one side to the other, or from one part of the receivers body to the other!

We have to do it carefully with out mistakes with the minimum moves trying not to destroy the receiver’s relaxation and the harmony of soul!

The receiver adapted many different things from us until now ….the movements the respiration our fillings the relaxation the warm touch and just start to trust his body to us! We have to enjoy and the receiver will start to have the same filling with us!

It is magic and it woks!!!

Thank you Shama!

Thank you Shama!

I am so motivated from your lessons!

My target is to be able and help the people with walking problems and not only to enjoy any massage but  the Thai Massage!!!

I believe that it is very important for the giver to have the charisma to do it and pass all the emotions to the receiver.

Thai is not a simple massage is a way to communicate with the receiver and his or her body!

Thanks you!!!

You are right, after all Thai Massage was never designed as a relax massage for people who want to pamper themselves. It was part of the traditional Thai medical system which was meant to keep people healthy or improve their health.

Lesson No 6

This is a way to warm up mostly a big or heavy body but not only.
Yes I can see that with less pressure we may use this Technique for all the types of body.
I test it in both types and their filling was wonderful.
The problem I faced was to lock the feet with my feet and stabilized it.
Some time our structure of the bones is not compatible with the structure of the receiver but we have to improvise and find ways to do it.
This is Very good Technique and very effective as well. The receiver comes closer to the Giver and start to stop pay attention all the time because he doesn’t understand what is coming next. If the Giver is doing this Technique with the correct way then starts to win the trust of the Receiver.
I think that with this Technique you achieve a better and quicker warm up to the muscles.
It is very important for the Receivers that they come to you for the first time to enjoy the relaxation because they understand and fill that you know what you are doing. When I speak for relaxation I mean the relaxation of the mind!
Very important lesson!!!!

Thank you Shama!!!

You are right. Thai Massage is not a fixed sequence with rigid techniques which you do on everyone in the same way. We will always have to improvise and find better ways to do something depending on whom we are working on. That’s why it’s called a “healing art”. Smile

Lesson No 7

Dear Shama it is true that as we are moving deeper in the Thai massage lessons, and it is only the beginning, we are starting to make many remarks of the human body.

It is very important for us to observe all these details and find out from the beginning the issues we will have to understand and act accordingly.

And I fill comfortable now if the receiver has a body very stiff to know as you show us the alternative moves so we could try to make the rocking or another strategically moves and help the receiver to stretch the muscles without any pain.

I performed the rocking and I received many positive comments!!!

Thank you Shama!!!

Thank you Shama for your kind words!
I really try my best because I believe that I have a great responsibility for the well being of each person and especially when they have walking problems.
Lesson No 8
After the practice of this Lesson I say that more we go deeper more we are able to understand that we cannot do all the stretching s to all the receivers and specially if these persons has problems like spasticity of some muscles in their legs or hands.
What I do ,I try to warm very well the muscles and the joints and after I start the stretching s first by the rocking techniques and then slowly I perform the stretch.
We have to see the overall picture of us when we perform the Thai massage as Shama said that we have not only to be in a comfortable position but in the right position as well to make the stretching without causing any pain to the receiver.
The Lessons are very helpful because Shama gives us many different ways to perform every stretch based to the type of our body and the body type of the Receiver.

Thank you Shama.

Lesson 9
Very good stretching’s!
More interesting are the explanations and the directions of Shama for each stretching and the variations based to the type of the receiver’s body.
A decode message of Shama for me in this lesson is to be comfortable with myself and with the stretching’s i will perform and focus to the receiver’s face.
His or her Face must be relaxed and not give the impression of pain due to the stretching’s we perform.
And once more we are able to perform many different stretching’s to a flexible body but not to all the types of body.

Thank you Shama!

You got the sequence exactly right. First warming, then rocking, then stretching, and modifying it to match the client’s specific needs. One-size-fits-all sessions do not work well in Thai Massage or in any massage really. It’s all about working WITH the client, not ON the client! Smile

LESSON 10

Very important to fell and perform the Thai massage with softness of touch following by the correct body posture.

The correct rhythm of our all body ‘s movements needs the correct breathing taking all the strength from the Hara and all these drives together the receiver to a strong perception of dancing and harmony, relaxation and calmness.

In this lesson many stretches with their variations based to the type of the body and the flexibility of the receiver and when I perform these to the receivers I found out that they like it but it was a surprise for me that some of them mach more older than some others was more flexible …So flexibility of the body doesn’t go parallel with the age of the receiver…

For the stretches we have to be patience and not press the receivers to do what we want causing pain to them. It is better to repeat the movement many times slowly until the body of the receiver will accept it comfortably

It is amazing that all the parts of our body are a tool for the Thai massage.

Lesson 11

This is the repetition of the movements and the starches we heave learned until today.

We can see the dance of the Thai massage and our body’s flow.

Some times watching this we can camper our self’s with Shama performance and recognize the mistakes we do.

Thank you Shama!!!!

Lesson 12

Many times leg and feat stretches affecting the hip and the hip is very important because holds all the leg. All the nerves of the body pass from this area internally and externally and with these stretches many times we help the receiver to relive from his/hers pains.

Very good and interesting technique is the stretching for the sacrum! It was the first time I saw it and from that day I always perform it to all the receivers.

This stretch is helpful to the receivers which they have problems to walk a move as we normally do.

After all the stretching always we have to end with something relaxing as Shama says and I perform like this .I usually do that if I see that the receiver fells a little more stretched than normally is.

Lesson 13

Many times and most of the receivers have some areas locked up and when we perform any kind of stretching we cause them pain. We have to stop the stretching and we must never let them without doing anything with that pain not only because we give them the negative impression that we let them down but because we have to do something to help them.

The most correct thing to do is to ask them where they fell the pain and after to perform the treatment.

Shama is explaining the difference between Good pain and bad pain which is very important and many times we have to communicate this we the receivers.

Many different techniques to give solutions for the pain of the receivers and Shama in this lesson once again is explaining the ways to do it very successfully!!!!

By doing this effort we have to communicate the progress with the receivers as well. By this way we give them the opportunity to participate to the process as well.

Shama says and he is 100% right to not use the word pain but instead of pain the word Discomfort!!!!!

Most of the times perception is reality!!!

The Experian Therapist is not following a routine program to all the receivers. Every time he /she perform accordingly the receiver’s profile and issues he/she has.

In every session we perform many different stretches and we have to be very careful that the joins of one leg is not pressing the joins of the other leg for example the knee joins.

Performing well is not a result of a mechanical massage but result of artistic movements like a dance.

Lesson 14

Hip Reckoning is very important for us and for the receiver .For us is a very useful tool to achieve the best results avoiding the discomfort that the receiver could fell and help him/her to leave the best experience of the Thai massage.

Shama is showing us the ways to do it and not only!

It is very important to know how we have to move by giving the impression to the receiver that always we stay with him/her and the sessions continues.

Rocking the Hips is very important and very relaxing for the Hips and for the Back and sometimes it is like a miracle to the receiver because with movements like this the receiver fells all the paints of his back is disappearing.

In this lesson we have very interesting hip rocking techniques with detailed explanations about the correct position of the receiver and the way to move and switch sides.

Thank you Shama!

It sounds like again you picked up many essential points. I can see that you understand that Thai Massage is not just a collection of techniques, but a profound healing art. Actually Thai Massage without all these subtle elements doesn’t feel very good, but with them it can feel wonderful and be very effective on both the physical and the energetic level.

Dear Shama,

Unfortunately from many people’s lives the Harmony is lost.

Thai massage is a way to find this Harmony again inside you and transmit it to the receiver.

Thai massage as you Know better is a way of life and for some people is the life!

The best which is coming out of it is the pleasure to help the receivers by achieving the best results.

By this way I think that you help somehow your self as well!

Thank you Shama!!!!

Lesson 15

In this lesson we have an alternative performance of Thai massage to the abdominal muscles. This area is hosting all the most important organs of our body.

The area of HARA!

Shama is using a very gentle technique and the receiver feels wonderful and enjoys the relaxation.

Very important for this area to start to feel all the organs stimulating and react.

Doing this we must never forget to breathe in breathe out by synchronizing our moves focusing to our Hara!

To all this performance we have to listen to our fingers and feel the body of the receiver!

Lesson 16

This is a very interesting lesson for me because I have some problems with my solder…

Doing all the actions to the receiver we must not forget to feel the softness to our hands.

Many different techniques and very important positions that we as givers we should perform without letting the receiver feel uncomfortable and alone.

Too many actions that the receiver will enjoy but as my personal input; for receivers which are very stiff is better to perform these actions by rocking.

Lesson 17

Working to the solder and moving to the hand is very difficult to keep the sequence of your movements due to the deltoid which covers the hand over the solder. This is an area that we have to be careful not to cause any pain to the receiver.

Performing any actions to the main solder we have to cover gently the solder with our entire palm

Shama is describing the lines of the hand and gives us expellant performance of the pressures, the squeezing, the turnings and the pulling we have to perform.

Doing all these we must never forget to move our entire body and breathe in breath out.

Lesson 18

Very important to be able to move up and to the side of the receiver without let him feels that you are stop to perform.

So the transition around him must be quick and having a specific moves to be able to continue the performance.

Shama into all his lessons makes an effort to make a remark to us all that we have to breathe in /out, moving our entire body feeling the softness to our hands and focusing to our Hara.

Working the receiver’s hands is like your work his legs in the terms of the circle moves you make. All the actions must be with careful moves like for the technique upper spinal twist.

All the moves of the giver in reality must be well calculated and ergonomics to avoid any damage to the receiver.

Lesson 19

Summary

Lesson 20

Prone Legs is one step further by start to using all the tools of our body. It is an experience that we have to develop and sensitivities that we have to start having and understand the receiver’s body.

We use our body to make all the actions we want to make it without losing the attention and our focus using all the receivers’ parts of his body. Ergonomics is the key and after the warming of the part we work we perfume the rocking the push and pull and finally the stretching.

The elephant walking …a traditional technique always liked by the receivers is one of the most impressive actions taken by the givers .Shama perform this technique by giving a variation which we may be able to extended grapping the muscles and move them to the other site .The affect of this action is different if after the movement we let the muscle slowly or do it otherwise.

Lesson 21

Many ways that Shama show to us how to handle different body types and be able to achieve our target. Prompt position looks easy but in reality is not.

That s because we perform without be able to see the receivers face and achieve the necessary communication.

In this lesson we learned for once more that we have to let ourselves free and relax as well and sink into the receivers muscles.

It is very impressive how easy to work to the lines of the receiver as Shama describes.

Lesson 22

Leg stretches are many types and different techniques but with the same outcome .It is not necessary to perform all of them every time.

But to do it by the correct manner is better for the giver to take the correct position.

There are many stretches for the legs which are not appropriate for everyone especially if the receiver is quit stiff and we have to take actions by rocking technique.

We as givers we have to be very careful and make the correct ailments using our hands grapping the leg of the receiver and stretch it.

The receiver must use all his tools to achieve his targets.

Lesson 23

Wonderful technique which everybody loves and everybody evaluates with the best comments.

The receiver must perform by using the palm and the fingers .Harmony is the key the harmony of all the movements of the giver passing through his hands to the receiver.

Rocking slowly and let the receiver enjoy!

Lesson 24-25-26

The most interesting relaxing need of the receivers is the massage to the actual back.

The back is very dangerous to be injured if the giver has no experience and force more than he should using any tool of his body.

Shama once again gives us variations of the traditional Thai massage offering the opportunity to us to use the same wonderful techniques.

There are many different ways to achieve the best result for the receiver.

When I show them the next day I performed them achieving the best results.

But some of the receivers that they are big and they really afford some extra power the users using the heavy tools are able to achieve his target as well.

Using all the power you got is more wise to use always the correct tool and the correct ergonomic for the body avoiding to make harm to yourself. Good body posture is the key.

Lesson 27

Upper back …I always enjoy that!!!!

Most of the techniques for the upper back are performed by using the fingers.

The Trapezius is a big muscle and need a lot to be relaxed.

In this lesson we have the three versions of the cobra techniques.

Once again Shama gives a recital of wonderful massage techniques achieving the perfect score of the most demanded receiver.

I need to say …

Thank you Shama!

And between us this sentence I said many times until now!!!!

Lesson 28

Summary

Lesson 29-30-31-32

Side position…many givers they don’t use it but this is wrong based to my opinion!

The performance of the giver it is always done by the receiver and this why the receiver‘s body is able to feel

It is really as Shana is saying that many things are happening to the body and all are affected by a simple touch .It is like the drop falls to the league.

A lot of techniques as well but the most affective at list for the upper leg is the sitting position to the legs.

Doing all these actions we must never forget to ask the receiver if it is ok with him!!!!

This position is very helpful for the giver to work with the sciatic and really achieve the best outcome.

The site position is very handy for leg and solders stretchings as well.

Palming technique is helping a lot for the side back of the receiver by giving him a best position to relax and enjoy the session.

The giver must always to keep his balance and never losing his breath and his focus to his Hara!!!!(Shama got you)

Elephant walking with the fingers to the site of the spine is amazing and gives a special felling to the receiver and more if he has any problems there.

Spinal twist is very enjoyable for the receiver as well but not so much for them who has stiff muscles or any issues with their back.

To achieve good results for that you have to work a lot so the receiver is very warm and relaxed.

Shama is doing that wonderfully by mixing the rocking technique as well!

Very interesting techniques for the solder which helped me as well!!!

For the solder very important the combination of many movements together achieves an extraordinary outcome as a result.

It is very interesting for the receiver as well because he is not in a position to understand what exactly is happening.

The rotation of the solder is movements which unlock all the solders issues and help the receiver to fell free!

Many combinations and many tools using and forcing by other parts of the healers body.

Working with the scapula and mobilize the all solder area is fantastic for the receiver unless there is an issue but then we may use the arm traction technique.

Kneading and leaning techniques is always welcome from all the receivers at least until now.

At the end the sandwich position combine with the rocking techniques gives the final dressing to the site position.

Practice is what we need and we are very close to the perfect achievement!

Lesson 33-34

Sitting position

It is not very comfortable position for many receivers unless if we use a chair for that…

There are many ways to work for the back supporting straight the back of the receiver.

The most common and prefer method is to use a pillow and hold it with your knee.

We start with the trapezius area and we have to be careful with the bones.

Using the trapezius rocking is a good start indeed but not for receivers who has problems with dizziness.

The squeezing of the neck is always welcome from all the receivers and helps a lot especially the receivers with neck problems and headaches.

Very interesting the work with the foot to the receivers back …it is very common technique but very effective especially as Shama performs by rocking technique.

Moreover there is the version of power stretch but applies only to flexible receivers.

To the sitting position we are able to twisting the back with many deferent versions but more safe is the most supportive using your Knee Giver must be at the stand up position.

It is very convenient for the giver to perform to the sitting position the traction for arm and back and it is as well more safe for the receiver.

Very impressive the technique for the back stretch!!!!I manage to it after 4 attempts and sins then I never miss it. Most of the receivers they like to have it!

Also in this position we work the trapezius using the forearm but we have to be very careful and ask the receiver about the pressure we use. The stretching of the neck is needed but the receiver must feel comfortable and relax. We have the opportunity to perform the arm/solder stretching but be careful because it is very strong stretching.

Every move the giver takes must be a position to support the Receiver.

Shama say that never use this sitting position as the last position of the session.

Lesson 35

The communication with the receiver is the first connection as humans!

The loyalty is something that you have to build and maintain.

In the first session we have to know all the health issues that the receiver had in the past and until now.

The second part is the information of what he will expedient having a Thai massage and what is the difference with all the other type of massage.

It is better to notes all these info and create a file for each receiver.

And the third part is to let him decide what exactly we will perform as a session …for all the body or in a specific area.

Always we have to understand the needs of the receiver and be proactive for all the necessities he could have at the time of the session.

So the sessions begins after the explanations about the numbering of the pressure we will perform

In the time of the session always we have to encourage the receivers to express their fillings and ask whatever they need..

Every time we have to educate them for anything we want we have to do it with no hesitation.

It is normal for a new receiver to not know the process and we have to tell him all the instructions like the relax situation which is very common even they will come after more times to you.
