Module-12

My Experience:- I did this session for my friend isuru he is a very big man, but i didnt feel any kind of discomfort it is very glad to me, and that stretches dos`n t very hard to learn, it is very esy to do for someone but i think its very hard to receiver, because that stretches are very power full

Isuru shanika :- Areas such as hip, legs, hamstring got stretched really well, mostly the legs get stretched, need to improve some more about stretching hip since most of the exercised stretched the leg, touching thecnique are perfect, therapist need to calm down some what.[ got a back pain after the hip exercise, however i had a side strain previously]

The first section was mostly about leg and hip stretches, but now the course moves on to upper body work, so this is a big change coming up now.

My Experience:- This module is very good for my knowledge , and it is very clear to understand how to do thai massage, i`m going to follow you`er advice because that can make me very good healer, i love the way you learning it is very easy to understand, thank you sir!!!!!!!!!!!!

Module-14

My Experience:- I love thai rocking massage style, i think it is very good for receiver and it very funny to do, i think this session is good for client lower back, when i watched the video first time i thought its might be hard to do, then after that i watched the video several time, i think i can do stretches very easily, i  think i cant do hand works properly and technically. i think i can  learn how to do hand works because i think my teacher is the best, i believe you sir shama karen thank you

Isuru shanika :- have undergone a rocking therapy, felt like have a drive in the boat. lower back has being stretched well, pulses given by hand were perfect

I am glad you like the rocking techniques. They can be very effective for good therapy. They are easy on the therapist and the client, and they can loosen up restrictions better than any other techniques.

Module-15

My Experience:- firstly i need to apologize about late texting. i did not do anything about therapy since this last month., i need to sorry for that sir shama karan. ok now i can talk about this session, while i am doing this therapy i could not focus my hara my softness and every other things. i think because i did not practice any therapy since long time. now i am going to start this course since the beginning, but  this session is very easy because  this session had a very easy techniques. that was good for me. this pass month my mind was not relax, i had a very bad situation, i thing every thing will be good

Mr Ali;- The therapy which was done today was completely different at least thats how i feel, the reason is that the targeted area in my body usually are never massaged. so i did feel bit different compared to the usual therapy done to our body. overall i did feel good and comfortable after the session.

Module-16

My Experience:- specially i need to thank you, for doing courses like this. this video session was very hard, because when i am doing this therapy my friend got pain on the shoulder, that was uncomfortable to me. for do the therapy. but i could not find cause for shoulder pain. i think that because i do not know whats the point i need to press down on the shoulder. and i was more nervous while doing this therapy.

Mr Ali;- As usual started the therapy for the shoulder but did feel some sort of uneasiness in a form of pain when my arm was pulled while pressing the armpit with his feet, saying that the pain cased away when the applied pressure was reduced, when pressing my shoulder joint too was bit painful but when he moved him palm little bit lower earned that pain too.

I suggest that you do all those stretching techniques in a very gentle way. Don't try to get a result or accomplish anything with them. Just try to develop some feeling in your body for what you are doing. Try to do it in such a gentle and flowing way that it cannot hurt. Your objective at this point should not be to do therapy, but to develop a gentle touch and sensitivity in your body. The therapy part can come later. For now just try to focus on making it feel good, and that probably means doing it more gently.

Module17:- I started pushing myself a long time ago, but as I understand it was not difficult for me. Because when I started module 17 it was easy task to get a good start. but i know i have to practice more and more. Okay lets start together i need your help sir

Mr Ali:- today i was given a therapy for both my arms and shoulder and it felt the pressure applide was good and confortable all in all the feeling at the end of the session was very relaxing and soothing to the relevent part of the body

Module18:- 

My Experince:- This seson1 was actually a little hard for me to do. Because I felt my flexibility was a bit lacking. But then I thought I should do the exercises I needed to do with the flexibility you sent me earlier.

Mr.Ali :- today we did the therapy for the spinel twist. All in all the spine was worked and streched to the maximum. I suppose i did feel very relieved and relaxed when i stood on my feel after the session

My Idea about this session:- This video you sent me helped me to remember things I had forgotten before. And I can easily do this again and recall what I've forgotten in one video. That's why I love this video. Thank you so much for sending me this video

Module20

My Experince:- I like to massage the legs. That's why it wasn't so hard for me to make this terapiy, But I had a hard time finding the official underneath.

Mr. Ali:- in the beginning when my feet wer massaged the pressure give on left leg was much loser then the right leg. Other therapiy were good and conforting, nothing to complain

Module21

My Experince:- There were no more difficult techniques, But the knee technique for me, is just a bit harder. Unless otherwise noted, full therapy is only good.

Mr. Ali:- i was asked to lay face down. Started by folding one leg and as usual after a while i nearly dozed off becouse the therapy was very soothing and did feel aacute pain in my muscle but it was as if its getting recoverwd form the workout strem. All in all it was a good therapy session.

This feedback does sound encouraging. By the way, this happens a lot that new therapists use less pressure with one hand than with the other. It is important to apply equal pressure with both hands.

Modul 22:-

My Expirence:- There is only one technique that I find difficult, but I think I can catch it because my legs and shoulders are unable to connect.

Clien feedback:-

Mr. Ali:- laing on the floor face down, started with one folded leg as he was pressing did feel the stress on my liwer back and i did feel much comfortable when i turned my face to the leg oppositie direction of the leg which is being treched and more over felt better when i breath out when the strech is at its full. More over did felt very good durin lant feel streching when done to my lower back.

My feedback:- This seson wasn't really that hard, but switching from one side to the other was a little awkward, but it wasn't so much a mess.

Client feedback

Mr.Ali:- this one does the job of comforting and relaxcing the lower back after the hard workout of getting stressed the same. But the applied pressure nees to be adiusted as per my requrement to really feel the comfort.

Module 24

My feedback:= I was really looking forward to learning about back massage, which is really one of my favorite massage. It wasn't really hard for me to do this session, because I think I liked this pusher a lot.

Client feedback

Mr. Ali:- The massage was given to the upper shoulders, back and lower parts too. The applied pressure was perfect and really fell asleep when it came to the end . All in all it was worth it

It is true - the switching from one side to the other is not very easy in the beginning. But if you learn this, it will make the session much smoother. It will feel more connected and more flowing.
