I'm new to thai massage with no background or experience with it. And you explaining the body mechanics was very helpful. I had a little hard time balancing on my toes for a long period of time, but I'm sure I will get used to it. And it was hard for me to figure out my stance (finding good leverage between my arms and how wide my legs need to be) I loved the material in the first video, I think I just need to PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE.
Hi Sonya, welcome to our forum and the Thai Foot Massage course. In the beginning the stances and being on the toes will take some time to get used to, but with time and practice your body will adapt, no doubt. There are also plenty of techniques where you are not on your toes and where the stance is very easy. For example for the second part of the course, the Thai reflexology, you are sitting on a stool the entire time.
