Module 11 - Summary

Watching this video highlighted the fact that I have a lot of practice to do.  The quick pace of the moves showed how everything can work together like a dance, but I had so many awkward transitions from one move to the next while watching the video that I definitely lost the rhythm and the massage became "jerky."  I think this is just a matter of spending time getting used to each move so that they come naturally.  Like anything else, practice makes perfect.
