I know I'm supper excited to be reaching the end of my lessons. I know it's taken me a little longer then I was hoping for but I think this gave me the right amount of time to learn everything that has been shown to me so far. Now with this video I hd no problems starting with the shoulder. I got the arm lock behind mine and my body and did the circling with both hands around the shoulder going both ways with no problems at all. Then moving to where one hand is working on the neck area and the other hand on the shoulder both do circles was good it took a little time to get the movements to move the same but once I got it was just fine. I found that it came easier to me with my right hand on the shoulder and the left on the neck then the other way around. Then going back to the circling of the shoulder where you push it back when your are going around that was fine for me to and my partner liked it to.
Then going in where we hold the arm with one and put the other on the shoulder. Then doing a big circle with the arm while pulling and pushing on the should with the other hand was good I did that with no problem and my partner like the rang of movement it was giving him when I did it. Now I can get the arm held right and moves into the right spot for the next move and get my leg up to rest my arm up to it. Then lean on my arm to push the shoulder down and the other hand pulling the shoulder back was easy for me to do it did take a moment to get use to the leaning but I got it and my partner liked the pressure I had while doing that just up and down. But then I dont know what happened but the next part when you start to circle doing that was the hardest thing to do for me. I just could not get the movements down right to get it to flow smoothly. Then with changing it up and adding more to it only made it harder for me to do. I have spent a few days now working on this and it's starting to get better but I still feel off when I'm doing this to my partner. Is there anything to do to make that movement easier to do? Then the last move where you put one hand on the shoulder and then pull the arm back was easy for me to do to and my partner like the stretch that it gave him to.
I guess you are referring to the 'Arm circling with shoulder stretch' technique. That's not an easy one. Do you remember the 'hip pie' techniques from earlier in the course? This is kind of the same principle. The idea is that you get a 360-degree shoulder rotation with some built-in stretching. The tricky part is that you push or pull the shoulder in the opposite direction of the arm movement, and that has to flow. And in addition, there is one area where this move can easily be painful - when the arm above the head and is moved backward.
Practice it first as only an arm rotation without worrying about the opposing shoulder move. You can add that in later.
Another way to practice this in an easier way is to cut the move in half, i.e. instead of doing a 360-degree circle, only do a 180-degree circle - either the half where the arm is in front of the body, or the half where the arm is behind the body. Then later you can put the two halves together. So you are practicing it in pieces instead of as the entire motion.

I took what you said about doing only have at of the shoulder at first and then doing the other half and then putting them together. I have gotten better at doing this move not as great as I would like but much better and my partner think so to. Now with the next video I had no problems with putting one arm in one hand and moving it over the head and then placing my hand on the shoulder blade and my thumb right behind the shoulder blade and rocking .Then keeping the lower hand ther and pulling back with the hand holding the arm over the head and keeping pressure with the other hand was easy for me to and my partner liked that move alot to.
Then I loved the part of working on the shoulder but underneath it was so much fun. I had no problems getting one hand around the shoulder while the other thumb is pushing up under the shoulder blade while the other is rolling the shoulder and forth and moving the thumb up and down under the shoulder blade I had not problem with this at all. Then switching to where we put are fingers up under the shoulder blade and rolling the should back over the fingers I had no problems with this move either. I love just how it feels to be able to feel up under there. I could move into the next move easy to and getting up under the shoulder was easy and doing the lift and pull in a circular motion was easy to. I had no problem doing it this way with the circling motion I dont know if I had a better grip that way but I had no problems there.
Then the next move where we put one arm above the head and then put the knee and the other hand under in the arm pit area lean down and then pull lean forward stretche was kinda hard at first but it didnt take me long to get it down. I was able to put then arm down over my partner's head and block it with my leg just fine. The working under the arm neeting that area was no problem at all to. Then I'm with you I liked crossing my hands and leaning down with my body. I feel I could cover a better area doing it that way then the other way. Then changing positions where one leg is right up next to the back then bring my partners hand over to my leg and lock hand with him. Then lean over and circling back around was a little hard at first but once I got it down I was ok and had no issues after that. Then moving back to a sitting position and putting both hands around the shoulder and circling was no problem to with that or with moving my hand back and forth. Then with locking both hands together and grabbing the shoulder and leaning back with my body was easy to and my partner really liked that move to. I'm so excited to see how we finish these next few classes out.

Yes I do I dont ever want to hurt someone when I work on them and to be the best I can at the moves and knowing what I'm doing is going to be the best way of not doing that I believe. Now with this new video I love the sitting position so much. With the first move I could get my knee up to the back easily I have long legs and I could get it set un the right place. Then with needing the shoulders with my hand was no problems. I also had no problems switching my hands to the side position and moving the back and forth at the same time and with makicking the go opposit of one another. I could get up next to my partner with no problem and lean their head down and lace my fingers and use the heals of my palms to squeeze the neck moving up and down the neck area and my partner really liked that move alot. Then I was also comfortable moving to where the side of my leg supports the back and with one hand to hold the shoulder or the head to move it up or down depending on what ur partner needs and the other hand squeezing the next and moving up and down again my partner liked this alot to.
The I could move to the right spot and get the arms back and get my feet in place and then grab the hands. Now I prefer to grab the rest. Then move both feet up but with like I said having long legs it was a little bit harder for me to do. Luckily my partner has kinda long arms so I was able to fully move out to do the stretch but with someone who has shorter arms I dont know if I'll be able to fully stretch out with them. With my partner I was able to do the wiggle move and pull the arms after I got the movements down it did take a minute to get it though then I was able to move down the back and back up. Then with setting my feet in one area and pushing forward and then pulling back on the arms nd move back down and up and back I had no problems with this with my partner and they loved this move. Now with getting in to the next position was fine and placing one hand on the back with also using the the knee to help hold them in place while the other hand the front up under the armpit and twist was a little hard at first. Trying to make sure I twisted enough for it to be a good stretch for my partner took a little time to get it right. But after some practice I am much better at it now. Then I could get there arms moved down good and slide my hands up the arms no problems.

I love working in the sitting positon on the back so much. On this video I liked this first move. I could get up next to my partner with now problem and I could get there hands around my neck and then pull back and stretch then out. I had no problems with this move at all and my partner really like this move to. Then the next move I could get my knees in the right spot with not problems and then grab under the shoulders with my partners hands around there neck. Then pull back was ok for me to do I need to work on my balance for this move to but once I get that I will be good with this move. Then the next move I had no problems doing getting the are over my leg and then move the head over and hold it with one hand and then take the soft part of my forearm and roll it down but doing it with my hold body. Then Doing it with the circles was a little bit harder but I got it with a little bit of time. Then I had no problems moving my body around for the next to and getting my foot in front of my partner and then rest there head on my leg and holding the head with one hand. Then I could work really well on the upper back and shoulder areas with the lean and roll on that area and my partner had he do this for like 20 minutes they liked it so much. Now the next move I could get my leg up on the back for support with not problems and get my partners arm up with one hand and put my elbow on the shoulder area and then pull the arm back. It did take me a minute to get the range that my partner could do but once I got that figured out I had no more problem with this move. I'm so excited to my last video to find out how we finish this class up and then start on more classes.

Thank you I love doing Thai massage and I'm going to make it my Profession to help make people feel better. In this module I like how you talk about the difference between thai massage and Swedish massage and how they are done differently. I love how knowledgeable you are about it. I am going to use that when I talk to my clients when I get some. I also like how after you get done talking about the difference in thai massages and how good time massage is how you go into asking about how you can help them and what their problems are. I like the way that you talk about it that way you make sure you get the full extent of what may possibly not be able to be worked on or be careful if you do. I also like how with the new clients even all client so u can find what there range is. Or ask if they feel pain so we can Adjust what we need to adjust with the pressure or work in that area so it dont hurt anymore. Then explaining why it may possibly be hurting or something like that I like that a lot and keep working on that area tell it better in different sessions. And the way you talk to the person depending on who they are what they need or how long they have been coming to you for work. Then also being able to read someone and tell them to relax if need to be because they may not even know they are locked up. I can't wait to line as good as you with talking and Thai massage and being able to re clients I know-it-all comes with practice and I'm so ready to get started and get me some clients. I cant believe I finally finished my classes i cant wait to start my Career in Thai massage and I know I will get there it will just take time. I so cant wait to get my Certificate to hang on my wall. I really cant wait to start taking more of your classes to so I can learn all that I can.
