I did not think about the feet when my partner was laying on there stomach. When I looked they where pointed out and not in so I got a hold of the knee and turn it in along with the feet so they sat right. Then with lifting the leg for the next move was awkward at first but after trying it a few time's it has got a lot easier to move into that position. I turned the leg just fine to work on the center of the leg. I had no problems working with the forearm and leaning down doing the 3 points and my partner really liked this move to. Then moving the foot out to work on the leg again was easy for me to do along with the same leaning and 3 points. Then moving the foot down and blocking it with my leg was easy to. Then moving to the outside of the leg doing the lean in/down was easy and I was also able to sink in really well to the leg. I did have to remind myself to relax my had while doing these moves.
So moving into the next move getting the food on my lag was easy to do and moving up was easy to do to. Then doing the lean and roll with the forearm was easy in the gluts. I did find like you said with moving the leg up i did get more power and my partner like it more to that way. I had no problems with moving back out to with a little practice. Then working on the calf again was easy with the squeeze and roll for a little bit and my partner liked that it got that part of the leg again after all the upper leg work. Then I did the light rocking of the body there is no problem with that move at all. Now is there a difference if you move the body up and down or can you do side to side and be fine with that? Now I had no problem with getting the leg into the stretch with the food on the thigh and them holding it with my hand and leg. Then with the leaning down was easy to with the 1 2 3 movements.
Now using the knee or right under the knee to work on the calf again was a lot harder to do. Trying to makes sure you always have your leg in the right spot and making sure that you don't go to hard or hit the bone. With a lot of practice I will get better at it. Then with moving my leg up and over and placing the hand on the glut was easy getting there but my partner said it did not feel right. So I moved my leg out more and got a better down and slide out move. It felt better to me and not as hard at first for me and my partner said it felt a lot better after moving to.
"Now is there a difference if you move the body up and down or can you do side to side and be fine with that?"
Theoretically you could move the body sideways, however you will probably find that some people will find it uncomfortable since they are face down and will be rolling around on their bellies and breasts. This is a little more extreme movement than up and down. But I suggest you try it with someone you know well, and you ask them how it feels up and down and then how it feels sideways.

Ok I see your point with the moving from side to side with them on there belly's so I will ask them next time I work on someone new. Now with this lesson I liked how you put the hand on the top of the foot and push it into the butt and then do lean down and push on the mucles and the foot and do the one two three. Now my partner is really flexible and I like how you showed us to move the foot over and bent it out and put the other hand on the back of the leg and push the foot down on the outside of the leg. My partner said he could feel that one so much better doing it like that. Then taking both feet in each hand and crossing the feet and then pushing down to get both legs. Then you switch the feet and then do it again with the other foot on top that was really easy to do. Then moving them both to the outside and pushing down again my partner liked this on much better because they could feel the stretched better this way.
Then I really loved doing the move where we set on there hip and then hold the leg above the knee and then lean back and I loved this move and it was really easy to do and my partner loved it to I have not seen this done before. Now going into the next move I got my position right and then grabbing the ankle was good and then lift the knee was ok but putting the foot into the armpit was a little weird my partner has big feet so they did not fit right in that area. But once I it set right and got my hand into place the pull up on the knee area and the push down on the glute was easy to do after a few times of doing the move. So know with the knee and the glute area was kinda hard to do for me with not putting to much presser on that area and moving it around. But with practiceit will get better for me. Now with just putting my knee down and reaching over to the other side and sliding both my hand down and pulling that side up and change knee places was easy and I had no problems with that move either.
You are one of the few who are not intimidated by the technique where you sit on someone's hip. I also think that this is an easy and convenient move, but many course students are a bit scared of it. They think that their weight may be too much on the client, but you can easily control that by shifting a lot of your weight into your feet.

I like this video with the backside of the hip. I liked doing the circles with the heal of the hand with the other hand on top that was easy to do and my presser was good to my partner told me. Then going into the the next move was easy then finding the groove on the back was easy for me and the wiggling was easy when I got my speed and the leaning right there was no problem when I got that. Then moving up the sides was easy to with keeping the speed was fine. Then moving to the center then up and down the sides was the same no problem with that to. Then putting my hand as a fist and then just kinda hitting the same area we just worked with are thumbs and then going into with both fist just tapping was good and no problems there to.
Then when we work on the glutes with a hand on the hip and the other hand does a circle on the glute and rocking was easy to. Then when was start working with the hand on the back moving down was good once I got the area down that we are moving in. Then moving one side to the other was easy with the practicing I have been doing with that move it was so easy to do to get to the other side to do the same thing we did on the other side. Now with the fading out that did take some time to get use to I had to keep reminding myself to not just stop. Now most of the time I remember to slow it down first. Then I liked the knee work we did I had fun with it and my partner just loved this move and I could mover around so easy doing it with my knee. I could go up and down and side to side with no problem at all.

I liked doing the circling with both hands on top of each other from the shoulder down to the hip and back up. It was easy to do once I got a good pace going to keep it at it the hole time without stopping when moving down. I did take me a moment but once I got it I am good. I had no problem with finding the muscles right next to the spine with the heal of my hand. When I have done massages before I have worked this muscle before. Then with the next move being the same but the hand next to each other but only faster to was easy once I got the speed right with it and the presser and leaning in and out.
Then with keeping the hands next to each other and then wiggling next to each other inside of up and down we go back and forth. With the same breathing and moving hands with when you breath out and move back. Then with moving the hands one forward and one going back at the same time. Now it did take me a moment to get this move right because they where use to moving together. So once I got them out of that it was much easier to do for me.

I had no problem with finding the muscle right next to the spine and working on it. I have worked in this area before with other massage's that I have done. I also had no problem with the back with putting my hands on the lower back and then putting pressure and the kinda siding out. I also had no problems with working with my fingers moving up and down the spine to find all tight spots along the back and spine. Then with moving up to the shoulder area that was a little bit more harder for me tell I found the right position to be in and getting my body and leg to move together. But once I got that down I had no problems working like that at all.
I also had no problems working with my elbows on the back to. I have worked a little with them on other massage stuff that I have done before with my partner. So getting them in the right spot was not issue and then the leaning/rolling down with the for arms was not problem and moving them up and down doing this also was not problem for me to. I like working with my elbows its easy for me to do and it don't take a lot of energy to use them either. Now I also like working with my knees to. My partner also like when I use them to he like the pressure that I can do. So working with the my knee rocking back and forth was not problem for me. Then with putting and hand on the butt and the other on the upper back and using the hand to hold my weight and then leaning down on the knee was also no problem for me either and I have good control of this movement to and my partner really likes this work. Then when I did the next move when you kinda turn your body and work the knee up the back with your hands in the same place and rock forward my partner loved with doing this move I was also able to pop the back while I was doing this move and it made my partner feel even better they said. I had no problems with this move either my partner said my pressure was good the hole time I was working with my knee.

I really like working on the back I find it to be pretty easy for the most part. I liked doing forearm work to I had no problems siding under to are and pulling up the shoulder. I had no problems finding where my forearm needed to be and then leaning down and moving up the body just leaning in and then move back down. Then moving to the next line in and turning the arm leaning in and then moving up but stopping by the shoulder blade then work right on the shoulder with the soft part of the arm then move back down that second line then move out from under the shoulder. I also really liked the walking up and down the back on the other side of the body. I like the timing that you did to. It did take me a second to a hold of that seed but once I did my partner liked it batter that way to. Then when you get over them and walking up with palms on both side but keep moving again my partner liked the pace that you had and it did take a second to get use to it again in a different position.
I also like when we start on the butt with are arms and walk with the 1 2 movement. I found no problems staying in the area that i needed to stay in. Now i had problems keeping you movement in that area with work I will get it. Then just putting the forearms with being on the inside and roll or rocking once I got it down I was good and my partner liked this a lot to. Then putting the thumb on the butt and doing the scooping and then on the inside of the back scooping or rolling them it did take me a moment to get the movement down I was also good there to. I also keep pillows around for my partner to place in different areas to help keep him comfortable to.

I like working on the back area i guess I like working on the hole body. I no problem with finding where my fingers needed to be in the shoulder ares and circling the neck and shoulder area. I have worked on this area before when watching other videos so i had no problem finding the areas I needed to be in. Then needing that area was not problem for me to. Then working with my 2 fingers was nice I never did that before with the leaning in and out and moving down the back with just my fingers. It was easy and my partner liked that a lot to. I liked the palms on the shoulder blades doing circling out words that was easy to do to. Now with putting the arm behind the back and lifting the solder and putting it in between the legs. I had no problem getting him in that position. Then with hooking under the shoulder blade was different then I have ever done and i liked it and so did my partner. Now I did learn not to have fingernails when you do this move LOL.
I like the should stretching. I found that putting the arms on my leg and holding the shoulder and then putting the other hand and lean and pull back on the shoulder. I liked that mover a lot and my partner really liked it he had me do it mover after we where done. Then going into the twist I got a good grip on the shoulder and holding with my leg and doing some circles. I had no problem leaning back and twisting the back. I think this is my partners favorite video. Then with working with the cobra i had no problems with this either. I have done this move before with the 3rd version where you lean back and pull the hole top half of the body up when you put your knees in the butt area. I know my partner loves this move. The only difference I do is I hold the wrist and have him hold mine when I lean back. I like have other options for this move for someone who is not as flexible as my partner. Then doing the percussion move with lose fists going up and down was easy once I got it down and moving together.
Yes, you definitely need short fingernails for Thai Massage!
Your partner seems to really appreciate what you are doing, and you seem to have no problems learning and implementing the techniques.
