You are right, you can go deeper without oil or cream. Since you are used to working with elbows already, you will find it fairly easy. For people who have no experience working with elbows, this can be a tricky thing initially.

Module 15

the backbend stretches were not easy on my clients. Most of them are large and inflexible.  The side lying back walking was the easiest to do and a favorite so far for the clients. Cobra was alway well received and because of the 3 variations I could find one the was suitable for a flexible and not do flexible client.

Module 16

i particularly liked the forward bend stretch then immediately into the arch. My client said it felt better this way.  Also liked the feet in the back walk/kneading move.  Feedback was that it felt very good.

Back bend stretches are hard on stiff people. Just remember that you can do an entire back session without doing any stretches at all. In some cases that's where you have to start with a stiff client. Then you can introduce the stretches later when they can handle it better.

Module 15

i enjoyed doing the spinal twist stretches in this module. I especially appreciate the alternative positions for short therapists like myself.

the techniques are very effective for the client and they felt a sting stretch out of it.  Again the short therapist problem I have was addressed.

Module 17

the techniques were well received my my client. Movement of the upper spine was addressed in the stretches that I've never addressed before with regular massage.

Module 18

i had trouble this these techniques because of my size and my partners size. I was able to execute them but I felt my balance and pressure was not adequate.

Module 19

my client felt a lot of stretch in this module. He said he really felt it in the pec area the most.  He also said the foot placement was important so as not to step on the kidneys.

Module 20

my client did not get much out of the arm traction but adding the knee into back was very good.  I found it hard to do Laotian of these stretches on tall people. I will try on a shorter person. But there were no alternatives for short therapists.

yes I use almost all 10 techniques except knees. I also have a better understanding of how to explain to a client that so many environmental factors are involved when asked for healing therapeutic work.
