Module 11

Summary of lower body thai massage.

When I practiced every module I always included movements from previous lessons to warm up my model legs and muscle at the same time to practice the movements and body position. For my first model feedback was perfect because she was relaxed after the session and felt great.

I had another session for my next model the same feedback but she wants more so I extended my session to her. I felt happy and contented from their feedback because that's the result of constant practice and concentration in every lessons you sent to us to practice. I am confident on doing lower body thai massage because of my knowledge on doing. Thank you so much Shama!  I am excited for the next lessons to come.

Module 12

On hips stretch Im always excited on my practice because I felt i knew the movement before but actually this this the first time i performed massage. I think if you have already an idea from the lower body techniques  you can easily do what is the next movement. My model was happy because we started already on hip area and she felt great for all the movement because her hips and legs really stretched and she had a nice feeling after the session.

Module 13

Final hip stretch informations was applied to my first model but she was flexible and didn't felt discomfort so other techniques was not used. I tried to find another model somebody who is first time having thai massage. I started from the beginning to warm up the muscle on lower body, then followed by rocking techniques most of the movements because he was not flexible until I applied scooping, finger circling and willing the tight area and communicating to my model about his feeling from 1 to 10. Slowly slowly i learned to feel my model feeling and act base on model needs.

 Thank you so much.

Module 14

It is about hip rocking. Rocking is my favorite movement in any area to warm up my model leg and to know if my model is flexible or not base on their feedback during the session. I always have different model to practice my judgement about her/his needs.

I applied most of the techniques on module 14 but I find hard on transition from right side to left side at the moment but I know constant practice makes me good.

Thanks for the feedback on the previous modules.

Module 15

Starting working on abdominal going to spinal area to shoulder unfortunately my model don't like it she felt uncomfortable so I just applied some movements for her which is very light.

I am not contented with my first model because I didn't try other movements until my male flatmate arrived. I asked him if he want try abdominal massage then he told me yes, that the time I applied most of the techniques but still light pressure from abdomen, ribs area , chest to shoulder. He liked the elephant walk on his shoulder. I'm happy because I did most of the movements to him.

Abdominal work has to be done in a very sensitive, flowing way in order to feel good. Many people hold all kinds of emotional issues in the belly area, and many people are quite pain sensitive there as well. It is definitely best to start out with very light pressure.

Module 16

Shoulder work was great, my two model was excited to experienced because of stiffness on shoulder, all muscle tension are on that area.

First model was lady she was happy with the movement especially shoulder stretching, she had a problem on that area so we do it slowly because good pain was there like tolerable pain that had very nice feeling after her session. Her problem area was stretched it's good for blood circulation and boost the lymph flow then she slept after the session with nice feeling.

Today my brother visited me and asked for massage on hips and shoulder because he felt tired and pain on that area after his heavy work the other day. I am happy to perform a session to him because I know already his concerned. I did I very nice warm up from leg to hips then focused hip area where the problem was, I asked always the level of pain from 1 to 10 but I've noticed that he felt nice even the pain was there he always told more stretched so I knew he was flexible and I am happy because i delivered  good massage to him in every nice feedback I heard from him. Then on his shoulder was really hard when I hold then I performed all movements and concentrate on his concerned area again very nice feedback from him. I spent almost 2 hours on him.

I felt great because both my model experienced a nice massage from me like I am a professional one but deep inside I'm still learning and observing my performance if it is s good feedback or not. Based on my performances in every session/model and a combination of there feedbacks I am learning more in terms of judgement about the need of each client. Tired but very nice feeling. Thank you so much Shama.

Great report and great results! Smile You did a two hour session - excellent! You are definitely on the way to being a professional. Even professionals can and should keep learning and growing with their practice. So professionalism is not a fixed goal but an ongoing process, and you are well on your way to it, it seems!

Module 17

Arms and hands massage, I practiced on lying position in continuation to abdominal and shoulder massage. I am positive that I did it right because other movements I used to do in the spa on my previous work. The only feedback I got from my model was "that's incredible" because he had slept when I started his shoulder going to his arms and hands. I did not find hard on doing all the movements I always thought to deliver a good touched, had satisfying and relaxing time during the session. Thanks Shama!

Module 18

I applied all the movements in module 18 to experienced it because most of my model requested back and shoulder area where the felt pain between shoulder blade and spinal that is why I want to master the techniques on here. For hand stretched and transition from right to left side was fine and I'm happy on the outcome but when I performed back twist I was not sure with my body and hand position because I'm not comfortable but my client feedback was good but for me doing on her was not contented of what I performed to her specially the figure 8 I felt heavy and my body movement was difficult for me.

I need to practice more because the techniques was very helpful for those who have back pain and most of my model asking on shoulder and back stretch. Thanks Shama!

Don't be too hard on yourself! Smile The figure 8 is not exactly an easy technique and many techniques of Thai Massage simply take time to master. That's perfectly normal.

Module 19

Summary of upper body movements,  I combined  lower body to upper body techniques and as per my model she felt like full body thai massage in the spa 90 mins (135$) which she always pay. She is not so heavy that's why I performed liked professional therapist because I addressed her concerned. I will still continue practising the transition from right side to left side to have smooth flow.

I felt contant practice with different model will help me a lot because they have different concerned and body conditions and I can think automatically the movements which is good for each client without looking to the videos again.Thank you for that Shama.

Module 20

Prone position, working on lower body area and my model liked to work more on back area because she felt that lot of tension was there and very relaxing after the session.

My next model wants to start directly on the back and that's it because she already contented working on that area. What I did was to give her more time doing all the movements. I observed most of them wants to work on prone position than supine position.

Module 21

Continuation of lower back area was took me almost 1 hr performing to my model especially leaning on the center, side of her hamstring, on outer side of her legs and buttocks area which she felt good. On stretched movements on her legs which I felt i did it right however while doing on leg using my knee I knew I did it wrong because she felt pain and I need more practice on that movement not to hurt my model because its felt good if I did it right. For hips stretch on her buttocks was awesome as per my model she liked it so much all the tension on that area was released.

Module 22

Still on prone position lower body but focus on stretching. Good thing that my model was flexible so I used her both legs same time on stretching. She felt good because her hips problem was addressed however I still need more practice working on buttocks area to make sure I worked on correct spot. Thanks Shama.
