I have practice the different movements today, it felt really nice and relaxing, the tapping I also use it in Yoga to stimulates the thymus gland but in yoga I normally do it while seated or standing, this done on somebody else's while lying down is a new application that I find really useful.
I have been watching the module and putting few techniques into practice, however, I didn't follow up with the posts. Hence I am starting again the course and posting my practice. I have had people with large breast and I couldn't get much down. Working on the pectoralis towards the shoulder, it does release quite a lot of tension. The precise instruction on anatomy, make it clear on where to place the thumbs and hands. The side stretch by lifting the shoulder blade feels really good for both giver and receiver.
