Module 10 Leg Stretches 4
Over and over we learn motion and using our whole body and not just our arms, it is important to keep ourselves relaxed and not tire out during a session I think is really important. It would take me a while to get use to a session that actually lasted an hour, I think that we have to practice very often to get use to that, not sure I really understand the Hara, I will have to study more on that.

Module 11 Summary for supine position
so bacially this was summarizing in action of all the different technics, flow, power ergonomics and the body movements of all we have learned so far. one question that I have is, when you speak of the Hara are we focusing on the client or ourselves?
"It would take me a while to get used to a session that actually lasted an hour." - You will get to the point where you are wondering how you can even squeeze everything you know into one hour.
"When you speak of the Hara, are we focusing on the client or ourselves?" - You focus on yourself.

Module 12 Hip Stretches
Again, we are seeing different ways that we can work with different sized clients and get the same effects, all that we are learning all use similar techniques. my husband really likes version 2 calf muscle stretch, he don't mind any of them he just like that one best. I really like the cool down or relaxing, shaking and rocking.

Module 13 Hip Stretches 2
Getting to the point where you are relaxed enough that it improves the way that you read your client sounds like a really interesting concept, I think that will take a lot of practicing. The differences between the good pain and the bad pain are really easy to understand, I think anyone that has ever got a Thai massage would totally understand. I also agree that if the client is feeling pain, you should not stop that technique just find a softer way to perform that technique. I think the 1 to 10 method is used all around the world in many different professions. I had my husband explain the hip pie, he drew me a compass and pointed out all the different locations, made it easier for me to understand.

Module 14 Hip Rocking
One question I had, actually I meant to ask a few days ago, I noticed that Module 11 does not have a transcript. I agree about always maintaining one hand body contact at all times with the client. Most of the hip rocking seems really easy and remembering the difference from male to female. The technique moving from one side to the other is very useful, I really enjoyed your demonstration. Changing without missing a beat may take a little practice.
"One question I had, actually I meant to ask a few days ago, I noticed that Module 11 does not have a transcript." - True, none of the summary videos have transcripts since there is much less talking and a lot more showing which is why transcripts would not be as useful.

Module 15 Abdomen and the chest.
I have never seen anyone that works in the abdomen area, the upper chest yes but not the belly area. However, I like getting the breathing synchronized with the client, I could also tell when he was relaxed and when he was not relaxed. My husband gets ticklish in that area, so I didn't get to practice very much. I am not sure about these techniques on some of the larger clients.
On most clients you probably won't do a lot of abdominal work. The one technique I use regularly is the sandwich rock because that combines perfectly with the hip rocking techniques and also with the upper body rocking moves. It creates one continuous rocking flow. There are some clients where you can do more in-depth abdominal work, but they are typically a minority.

Module 17 Arms and Hands
The arms and hand techniques seem really easy to remember, my client(husband) really enjoys the four finger traction stretch, and he really enjoys mostly all of this course. last week I had to take a break as I had the flu. after a few days rest I am back at it again. looking forward to the prone position.

Module 20 prone Position legs 2
Getting the legs positioned the correct way took a bit of practice. it also takes some practice to put the right amount of pressure while rolling the elbows. I think that is what you meant when you said these is a big difference pressing and leaning.
