i love side position when i m short with "ideas"!!!!

it band , levator scapulae, glutes yes ..sorry not much to say cause i really already use the side position for any sciatica of lb pain or neck..actually i lean when i do instead power muscle like i normally do...my big issue...i really keep in mind your words all the time...but sometimes during the session i forgot  it s hard but it s gonna change right?

excellent also this video...preatty much i can say i was doing thai without knowing that was thai cause naturally i was doing these techniques..again not so many people do side position and really stretch out all sides of client muscles...so sad..but really believe thai techniques are the best!

my favority are rocking and push and pull on the hips...really effective and comes very easy to me.

Tui Na tends to be a bit more on the painful side, as I have been told from several people.

I keep repeating some things so often so that students cannot forget them even if they tried.Smile It will become second nature ultimately.

I am a big rocking fan as well. It works really well for me and client feedback tends to be excellent.

with these techniques you can really work on knots and go in each tension...and again i use rocking if the shoulder is stiff.

love the cross hands under armpit...always was kneading or grab the muscle and shake...rock...but i m gonna add this as well...i do side position as well for neck pain and shoulder work...again...masseuses here if they see my neck and back they should do the side way right away...but nobody does that...:(...really pushing my husband to have massages in thailand!!

There is no general answer for cracking and popping sounds. There are different types - some feel like a release and others feel like a painful and uncomfortable thing. If someone knows what they are doing you can get a spinal release which makes a cracking sound. This can be caused by gases escaping the joint enclosure and is normally quite harmless and even feels good.

However shoulder manipulation can sometimes cause a popping or cracking sound which feels uncomfortable or even painful. So it is on a case by case basis what feels like a release and what feels like a painful sensation.

Regarding the causes and symptoms of shoulder cracking and popping, here is a short and useful article which explains it:

wow what an amazing video!

i m one of these people just need a straight elbow on neck!

imreally like the spinal stretch!

when i had my thai massage she did something similar but also my leg and but were elevate.. I think she used her feet and she twisted in a side and in the other...

and yes..some technique along the way were quite intimate but yes...confidence and good intentions are definLly the key..whitch comes with experience and doing many ...many ..many times..

awesome idea this video!unexpected!very nice!

Communication for me is everything..being foreign in US makes me be very specific and clearand i really explain everything because i wish people will do the same with me

and yes...clients don t talk at all...but sometimes they keep saing " i m ok" when it s not...soooo...maybe they might not be my "tipe " of client..i think we both choose clients...and clients choose us...i like the technique on the chest...i wish i can learn more about inside to work the outside

how did you know to start on the chest?how can you connect points?i think i like to hear but when i m in really pain i just want massage therapist dig on.

and yes expetation can not end up well..cause we cannot read in all the minds but normally cause i like people explain to me things i do the same way...also if they are relaxed i kind of talk to tell them what i see and i interrupt their relaxation move

I am glad you liked this final module. There is a lot more training for chest work in my Heavenly Head Massage course, by the way. Anyway, you will still get several bonus modules.
