You can say that, yes.  However the version which I teach in this video is a very gentle and light version. When I do more therapeutic face work, I use oil and I work quite a bit deeper. That would clear up the sinuses even better.

that is a good point,..make them don t ask ...i don t get the goal all the time.

it s not heasy momorize all the techniques...at one point they are all circles and circles...but there is a pattern so it all make sense!

i like the forehead thums three lines away from the head and the cross friction on head too

It's never easy the first time you learn something! Laugh

And once you get good at it, it will feel so easy that you will wonder how you ever thought it was difficult.

Feel free to experiment with the head techniques - there is a lot more that could be done. It's just the little things which make it feel different, like increasing or decreasing speed and pressure and direction.

just listening the first 39 second of the video..and i got wat i was doing wrong....when i have headache i really massage strongly my temple..i guess that is why was getting worst...i thought was because i have so much toxin that i need to release...aniway...keep going..10 minutes afte...so many variations i really have to pick two or three and do it for a week and then memorized to get it...the thumb that goes from nose to ear chicks circles and well i don t like touch under the chin cause some women got beard..CoolCooland it feels uncomfortable..cause sometimes it feels spiky..so i stay on top of the face..Confused..i know..this are just details...cause i know it feels good to receive itLaugh

i like the stretching in the chicks away from the mouth..and the big face circle..sounds goos at the end of the session like finale..i actually got some massages running from top to the bottom and top again of the face cause i did not have still stabilized a routine..also last day i got confused i hope my client forgive me..

would you consider any of these holds like cranial sacral release?

love the hold from bottom to top!also here..i ve been a bad therapist jumping in a place to another without knowing what i was doing!

but when i think to the energy flow..can you tell me why when i do the holds and i tend to close my eyes my head feels on fire when i m done?

i never thought to visualize a type of energy and know what intention get the client!

very interesting video

I would not call it a cranio sacral release. The HHM holds might have a similar effect, but I cannot be sure about that. Cranio Sacral techniques are based on specific principles, and I honestly don't know enough about how exactly they work.

I only know that I have sent countless of my clients into a very deep trance state with those holds. There is something profound happening at an energetic level if you use the energy techniques which I described in the video.

I have no idea why your head would feel like it is on fire when you do the HHM holds. I have never heard of that before. Is it a good feeling or a bad feeling?

When I do those holds, I feel like I am in a deep meditation myself. I have never had this fiery feeling myself and none of my students has ever reported it, so I don't have an answer for this one.
