After I watched the video many times, I was practicing with my Client. She is 57- years old, but she likes foot massage.

I like to combine both Eastern and western massage I had foot reflexology certification. My desire is to teach the Clients the benefit of Thai Foot Massage, she was so happy and exciting, I was working on her foot and explained how energy lines work, I used my body weight to protect my thumb. She has large feet and it was easy for me to practice.

I was starting below the heels to the big toe and this is the first energy line, continue to below the heels to the third toe and it was the second energy line and the last starting again below the heels to 5th toe. It was the third energy line. I support my thumbs by being wrapped around the foot same on video. I asked her how she feels, and she told me to keep going it was amazing this is what I need, my feet feel so light and my body is energized.
