Module 1.  I've been wanting to take this course and here I am! Whatever life is giving to me right now, this fits in very well and is a part of a great learning process.  I know it is very beneficial to work on arms and hands and, as a Gemini, arms and hands are a focus for me and does relate to medical astrology.  It's a positive way to communicate with people using arms and hands, and connecting with their arms and hands too.

My daughter wanted me to work with both her arms and she settled in easily, closing her eyes, breathing as she can with her sleep apnea.  I can connect with a breath or two before she is holding her breath, so I pause and hold mine too. Then her breath comes faster and I am ready. I intend for the Hara energy to rise and cascade down my arms to benefit her during this process.  Intention is everything.

Being familiar with some basic techniques, I really enjoyed using the palm of my hands to move her arm and back down,  and later I would physically move up over her arm to repeat the sequence with her hand palm down. I felt more comfortable moving around her body, not worrying I would step on her, but focused on breathing as I moved and watching her face and body. The "wave" was good, smooth, and I really liked using the edge of my hands, rocking back and forth, and feeling the ball of energy in my hands, which were cupped as I moved up and down. Circling slowed me down. I tend to speed up so I came back down with circling, always a practice I am working on.

The energy lines were not a problem to locate and the circular motion with the thumb was a focal point to go up and down the arm with intention and focus. My daughter and I got back into a rhythm with each other and it was great.  Many thanks Shama!

Another course in your large repertoire. It must be feeling quite natural by now to learn and implement new techniques. The main foundation always remains the same, just the techniques change.
