I began the hamstring therapy course and completed module 1. I have seen much of it before in the full course and in the rocking course, however, gained some new insights. For me, there were a few things I hadn't noticed before. Just seeing them in a different way or using different words made it worth it to me.

I have now completed the hamstring therapy course with modules 2, 3 and 4. I picked up a few new techniques. There are a  lot of pressing and rocking moves and many variations of those. I have a need for more hamstring stretching techniques if there are any I haven't seen though. It may be I just need to bring those in from yoga or other types of manual or resistance stretching. Any really good hamstring stretches you didn't show in these modules?

Thanks

Mark

I will take a look at this course. I think I updated and expanded it twice since I produced it originally. Maybe I will come up with a third version and even more material.

Your courses are always awesome Shama. With all the drill team gals and dancers I'm stretching, I am probably using more hamstring and hip work than most students will. Variations are always helpful and hamstrings can be stubborn. I have now begun the sacral course so guess it is my last before the heavenly head. That is the only one I haven't done and will have to wait for more cash. Thanks for all you do.

There is always more I can add to my courses since I am also learning and growing and expanding over time. It is like the Never Ending Story movie. Smile That's why so many of my courses have gone through several revisions and updates already. The only thing that holds me back is the amount of time needed to do the video work. But over time I will expand the stretches in this course. I can already think of some more which I had not included originally.

Once I get to it, you will get the updated version for free, as I do with all my updated courses for existing students.
