Hi Lena, welcome to the Complete Thai Massage course! It sounds like you have the perfect background for Thai Massage. For yoga teachers the principles of Thai Massage are an easy fit and a perfect match. Many of the students of this course are yoga teachers.
I won't have to worry about you getting stumped by things like breathing, energy and good ergonomics!
It looks like you got it all figured out, but for the sake of completeness please take a moment and familiarize yourself with our Certification Check List here:

Module 2
Hi,
Did my very first Chi machine today :). It was very interesting and not so easy to figure out at first.
I didn´t tell what I did to the person who received the Chi machine, just asked if I could borrow her body on the yogamat. She told me that she got lots of energy afterwards.
When I got back home later on I watched the video again. So for the next Chi machine i do I know what misstakes I did today.
Tomorrow I will do another one and I would just love to receive one. Do you have any suggestion how to do this if one can't sit the way we are supposed to? (I can, but not the person I am seeing tomorrow.)
Yes, you can also do the Chi Machine while sitting cross-legged. However this way you might need a bit more muscle power to do it because you have to hold the feet up. In the kneeling version the full weight of the legs rests on your thighs and you don't need any muscle power. However the cross-legged version works as long as you don't work on someone with very heavy legs.

Thank you! We made it I had a little trubble to start with today as well. Watch the video again and realised I had missed the part to put the feet at the inside of my legs. Than it worked just fine. It was great to have someone who could give me the chi machine so that I now know what it feels like.
