Module#2
Practiced on a person with knee complaints.Starting with the wiggles then circles, thumbs and a little pressure on those indentations focusing on hara .Then with the fingers under the knee and pulling up and back. It was all received well.Then using flat palms with circles. she really felt good with this
Module # 3
Loved the rocking and the idea of changing the cell memory to feel good not painful. Moving along the lines up and down felt good to her as well.
