Module#1

I love the Shama's concept of opening the flow of energy to change the cell memory of trauma and or pain. The warming of the knee area to release and calm.

Module#2

Practiced on a person with knee complaints.Starting with the wiggles then circles, thumbs and a little pressure on those indentations focusing on hara .Then with the fingers under the knee and pulling up and back. It was all received well. Then using flat palms with circles. she really  felt good with this

Module # 3

Loved the rocking and the idea of changing the cell memory to feel good not painful. Moving along the lines up and down felt good to her as well.

Sounds like the knee work is right up your alley. For the right client this can be a tremendously valuable skill.

Module#4

Tryed these moves out on same person with knee problems due to being overweight. She enjoyed it,but I know there is no quick fix for this girl. I was glad that she had some relief for a while though.

Well, massage is generally never a quick fix program for serious problems. Sometimes we are lucky and we hit the jack pot with some issue and it just disappears, but more often than not it takes time and repeated sessions.
