There will be a few techniques that are harder to do for you for whatever reason. However I would not worry about that too much since there are so many techniques available that you have more than enough choice. In some cases you will figure them out at a later point or you will find a modification that works better for you. And in some cases you just not do them. Nothing wrong with that. Or you might find that techniques that didn't work on Greg work on other people where the size/weight ratio is more in your favor.

Hi Shama - This may be my last post for awhile as we have now gone through the course video's and practice sessions twice and will now be moving on to apply what we have learned into our practice. I appreciate video 35 with some additional ideas on in-taking clients that have a particular relevance to the Thai Massage. I already have an intake form and procedure that I use in my current practice (I am a hynotherapist, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner, and I also do Reiki) but I can see that I need to add a few important questions about specific body issues a client may be experiencing as well as modifying my "elevator" speech about our services to make sure potential clients understand what Thai massage is about and it's numerous benefits.

Despite going through this class twice now, Greg and I have decided to actually go through many parts of it again to put together our final preferred routines. Like we have already identified all the foot techniques we absolutely would like to include and then we timed doing "just" that portion and it was over 11 minutes. Wow! Our first plan is to put together about 4 or 5 main routines. Like a 45 minute one, 1 hour one, 90 minutes, and 2 hour ones to offer clients a variety of price options. As we get more experienced we may later offer more specific one as well, like neck and shoulder etc.

I think once we are going to go ahead and purchase your heavenly head videos too. I believe that there is tremendous energy blockages in most people's heads and I think a wonderful head massage could be very healing in general, as well as probably feel pretty awesome.

Finally, I would like to ask what is our next steps now to get our certifications. I would like to proudly display these in our office!!!

I love to hear how the two of you are so serious about putting all this material in action, and how you keep watching the videos. I have no doubt that you will get better and better at this. There are lots of areas where you can specialize in, and I have produced videos to cover lots of them. The Heavenly Head Massage training is great because it includes lots of neck work, and I always use the head and face work to end my Thai Massage sessions with.

Regarding the certificate, you will find it in your inbox by now.
