Though I love the idea of working both shoulders at the same time to transfer the nervous systems attention back and forth, I am have trouble due to my stature and chest!
I have used the techniques with clients on the table working one shoulder at a time. It is a nice reprieve from Neuromuscular work. It also is blending well with my sports work. So much of my previous work has focused on the hips.
Already with my rocking and breath movement seems to already be adding to results.
I like that even in Mod 1 I am finding usable content!
