I just finished the HHM course (heavenly head massage). Even though I just finished it this morning, I've been applying the techniques in every massage I give. I use mostly the neck therapy and always end with a few of the head massage techniques and then a final hold at the third eye/temples. Clients really enjoy the neck therapy and have reported greater range of motion and less tension in their necks. Thanks Shama for offering all of the wonderful courses and techniques!
