Hi Shama,
In looking in this area, it is not clear to me where to find the last tutorial I covered, as it was a while ago, but wondering
if my time expired for the Thai Foot Massage Course. Thanks for your
always quick replies, and for your help. I think I made
it to the second tutorial at the time.

The expiration time of 6 months only starts once you fill in the registration form and start the forum posting. So don't worry about that.
The time limit is mostly meant to prevent course students from procrastinating with the certification process. Anyway, in the last two years many people had reasons for not following through, so I could not reasonably enforce it. So no hard and fast rules here. 
I could only find a forum thread for the Thai Rocking Massage certification from you. So for the Thai Foot Massage course just start a new TOPIC (click on the Add Topic button), and then write your posts by 'adding replies', just like you did with the Thai Rocking Massage course.
