In this first module we learned about how to we need to start practicing sitting on our heels, and also half kneeling and full kneeling. We also practiced squatting and sitting and standing. And I need to to keep practicing to strengthen and balance because being on my toes was not easy. We will be learning how to practice Thai Massage in different position, supine, face-up and side lying and in sitting position. We will lean how to dance on the floor in a smooth way and how touch and getting the energy to flow.
