Summary of Hip Therapy
All these techniques are very valuable and beneficial to people not only for those that have hip problems but in reality for everybody.
I wish I was started to implement these techniques for someone that didn’t had a hip problem bun in my case I started to do them to a person that he couldn’t do internal and external hip rotation.
First of all I evaluate the situation and then I started very softly the rocking technique.
It was very difficult to relax a little bit the muscle and give a more range of motion to the left leg. I use pressures as well and again the rocking techniques.
Then I start to move his iliums up and down to relax the muscles underneath (gluteus maximums, mediums, minimus and the piriformis muscles)
Furthermore I start to performer stretches combined with pressures as well , affecting all the muscles of the feet and the back , I used most of the techniques and slowly by slowly I manage to gain a small range of motion
Performing all these techniques the receiver had a small pain but he was feeling relived...
After seven sessions he starts to walk normally and he could make all the movements without any problem.
