1st 2nd 3rd module

In our days in Europe we are very forstraited over stressed all the time ….
Almost everybody has health problems and has a muscular pain in specific areas on their body.
One of these areas is the cervical area which is the most common issue we have
try to cure almost every day in our treatment room.
The most effective way to acheive is not only to work the muscles but the fascia-peritonia-lymph as well.
The techniques we work on the three modules are stepping into the channeles of the lymph. We have to push-press slowly and steadily so the lymph will create vags and start to move to the lymph nodes and thymus.
This is not possible if the giver is not calm and focus on what we are doing ..and always follow the breath of the receiver…
Into these modules i follow the steps one by one and i show that the receiver starts to relax and enjoy the performance!
Also I notice that the receiver was taking breaths easier than before…
Shama is right we will never reach our target without revealing and giving our energy into that !!!!

ps:I had a small problem to perform one technic …i will explain that into my next reply

I had the problem to perform the move to go down to the C6 / C7 area.
It is clear to me that all the steps we have to follow are not easy to do and some times we have to add a towel or a pillow due to the body type of the receiver this is one of these movents.

4th Module

The transitions of my body is very important, not to distort the receiver and then start to perform the technique ….
also it is very crousial to syncronize all the movents of my body feet -hands and body movment.
The warmth up-4 movements are totally necessary for the nec muscles and are very useful for those who have pain due to stiffness

It is good that your partner/client is relaxing and enjoying it. Heavenly Head Massage has great therapeutic value, and at the same time is meant to be highly enjoyable and relaxing.

5th Module

Now we start working in the neck area …
The receiver must feel relaxed and secure his brain must start to trust our movement!
Performing the first technique we make an intraduction to the brain and we try to relax him …
We performe the technique – slowly and constantly by moving all our bodies as always!
Whatever we do, the receiver must always feel secure and his / her head well suppoted!
Every move must always be done with harmony stability and tender!
By this way the muscles relax easily and we will reach our target
to perform the following thechnique I get up on my knees and I keep my arms straight, then I lift the receiver with the neck up by moving with my whole body. I also let the neck slide out of my fingers. I lift the neck as far as I can, but without lifting the head off the mat.
when we perform the next step of stretching the neck muscles we should not toucth or press on the throat.
to acheive more plesent massage to the neck muscles we may use oil as well.
I also continue with the head turns by terning the head left and right very slowly and very carrfully giving the neck a better range of motion. After the massage on the neck muscles always with the correct slow tempo as i mention earlier….Very pleasent and relaxing for the receiver!!!!!!!

Module 6

Dear Shama,
The module six until now has the most relaxing and beneficial techniques.
I’ve worked with two different cases. I’ve done all of the preveus techniques and finaly i started the module six.
The first case conserving a lady with her …
Once I started to implement the big neck roll technique – very slowly – I saw her face started to change … Her muscles start to relax almost imidietly
She started to become more calm and it was clear to me that she was enjoyed!
When I passed the next technique I was sure that she was sleeping ….
I perfomed each technique several times ….
In her case, she told me after the most beneficial technique was that I lifted the neck with my fingertips and I drop the heels of my hand after this one she didnt fill any more pain.
The second case was a man full of stress and his muscles was like a stone …
To tell you the truth I add the big finger to my trapezius & superspinatus before I start the performance of the module six …
the results were the same as with the lady ..
He said that he loved all the movements but the most pleasent one was the neck roll.

I love the neck rolls. I often wish that I could get it done on myself, but this technique is not known in Thailand. It seems that you are getting good results right away – clearly you must be doing it right!

Clients who fall asleep, especially during the Heavenly Head Massage, are a sure sign that you are doing a good job. I love it when I can put clients into a trance-like state which makes them feel like they went to massage heaven! Smile

Module 7

Dear Shama,

Wonderful movements in to the module 7 which are continue the relaxation of the receivers.

I performed these techniques to the same person two times…

The first time and especially with the movement –right hand to the left shoulder the receiver distracted a little bit but then his relaxation continued.

He enjoyed the stretching a lot and I could see this to his face…

The most beneficial movements for him was the  technique 90 degree neck stretch version 1 and 2 due to the pain he had.

The second time I performed the sequence of the treatment he didn’t lost his relaxation at all. He enjoyed all the treatment all the way!!!!

When I ask him why this happened he told me that the first time he was very curious of what I was going to do….probably he felt a little bit unsecure…

That’s fairly typical – when someone is aware that you are practicing something, they want to know what you are doing, they are thinking about it, and they don’t just let go and relax so easily. It’s different with clients – as soon as they feel your touch and they trust you, they don’t care what you are doing as long as it feels good, and they let go easier.

However I have to say that when I was teaching Heavenly Head Massage courses live, I often had the problem that the students who I was practicing on fell asleep during my demonstration and couldn’t remember anything what I was doing! Laugh But that was because I have been doing this for many many years.

Dear Shama,
Exellant techniques !!!! All of them !!!!
Until now all the fitback from my receivers is totally positive and I manage in many cases to help in many problems they have.
There is a long time and notice some different on the skull of many of my claints …
Many of them complained about the haedags they had and when I was working in the back of the skull I was filing the stangeded limph … it was like skin lymph and then the bown …
With your techniques i manage to move the lymph and take it out of the skull -lymphatic drenage …
All of them they fill a realish imidiatly fron the pain.
I notice as well that many of them due to stress have had a lot of spasm in SMK muscle (
sternomastokleidoeid) … using your techniques and working to their neck I manage to realish the muscle and
the pain has gone.
I notice that if the receiver is not able to be relaxed by the performance of these techniques I have
insist and repeat some of them.
I managed to perform all the techniques to one receiver and I waik him up after two hours ….
Thank you Shama !!!
