The receiver had walking problems due to the sciatica pain and he couldn’t turn side into his bead …
I have done three sessions with him and I start the first one with the rocking techniques to the legs and the sacrum .Then I continue with the pressure techniques hamstrings and Gluteus-piriformis muscles. All the pressures I have done very slowly and constantly. The receiver at this point felt the pain but not so match …
Then I felt that it could be better if I was continue with the rocking techniques again before the stretching’s. By doing again the rocking the receiver relaxed more than the first time so I performed the stretching and the receiver felt very relieved.
In the end I worked on the side of the sacrum with pressure techniques combined with rocking techniques there the receiver in the beginning felt pain and the pain has gone.
The second session and the third was the same techniques with the difference on the bigger pressure and more force on the stretching’s.
The receiver starts to be better after the first session and in the end he overpass the sciatica problem. Now every ten days he is coming for a Thai massage because as he said he doesn’t want to have again the same issue.
Thank you Shama
This has always been my main clientele as well - people with problems. I have sure learned a lot more from working on people with problems than from working on people who only come for relaxation. It's nice to get those too, but I always liked working on people with problems, because you can see the results so much better.
