Thank you Shama.

The “Magic Touch Secrets” is wonderful! How lucky are the people who get to learn from you as well as receive a massage from you.

As always you have showed examples of and even went further into detail in this video. What a  wonderful introduction to energy work!

  • technique
  • ergonomics,
  • using body weight
  • working with your entire body
  • sinking into the muscle
  • floating hands
  • Softness
  • Breathing
  • Hara “Chi” (in dance we call this centering or working from your center)
  • Quantum touch breath
  • Intention
  • Silently talking to your clients body
  • Feeling for heat ,cold and stuck energy, knots
  • Using your hands as a listening tool
  • Silently expressing love and compassion
  • Sending healing energy
  • Visualization
  • State of mind
  • Redefining massage as moving energy
  • Flow

Shewww, so many things to think about. Your course has been very sophisticated and yet very simple at the same time. It will take lots of practice and continual practice but you have set me on such a wonderful journey.

Reminds me of a quote from Bruce Lee “You must be like water” I never understood that quote more then till after watching your work. I know he was not so much talking about Thai massage but, it works for me.Wink

Also like “intention” its a wonderful way for me to practice Metta. ( Metta is  the act of loving kindness or wishing well)

I wish you and the Thai Healing Massage Academy metta Shama. I  am not embarrassed or ashamed. Laugh

Thanks for your in depth review. You clearly went through this course! Smile I am glad that this course resonates with you. It covers a lot of material which is not generally available in Thai Massage training elsewhere, including here in Thailand. You are such an enthusiastic and attentive student, it is a real pleasure working with you!

I have watched the second part of Healing Touch. I am so excited about this.

I have always felt energy. I use to see it when I was younger. ( I have never told anyone that before.) Those who really know me know I feel it. However,  I have never told anyone I use to see it. For some reason I was embarrassed of this.

Perhaps I have become less sensitive as I gotten older. I look forward to using these tips Shama. I look forward to recharging myself.

I am so glad to hear this. Honestly, sometimes I am worrying that some people will think I went off the deep end with this module. However I know that those who can relate to these concepts can really benefit from them.

I have often seen and perceived energy. When I was younger it came to me quite naturally. Yes, when we get older it seems that we become less sensitive in this regard, but I think it has less to do with age than with the fact than we have spent a lifetime in an environment that basically denies any such thing. If we were around people who acknowledge and cherish energy perception, we would not lose it so easily. Anyway it is something that can be rekindled by practice, and it is fun and exciting to do so.
