Section 1 Module 1
Thanks for reminding on my CE Checklist. got my test ready to take as i watch the modules and practice them. I find that much easier than watching all then taking my test.
On the thumb Tec; I am using this tec. on the table and in leaning in to add my body weight works well when standing at end of table. Also I tried the rocking Tec: on the 3 lines of the feet also works as well for me. I started out with just pushing toes and feet toward each other using my body weight leaning in on both at the same time, and then pressing out the feet to the side using my weight at the same time on the feet. Then when working the 3 -line on sole of feet I went to the rocking method. Client loved the two Tec: to start out.

Section 1 Module 2
Tec. 1 Both hands on feet. It does take some practice NOT to use just thumbs. Once I got the rolling part down it came much easier. My client became very relaxed, once I felt them to relax and go with my flow it felt very normal. This Tec. can be done very simple on table.
Tec. 2 Foot on Thigh, Using my knuckle use very efficient as I leaned in client love how it felt as i use pressure on the 3 lines of the soul of the foot. I used the Tec. also on the table as I sat in my chair and their foot was in line with my body as if it on my Thigh on the floor mat.
Tec.3 Forearm, I also was able to use my table by sitting on my table and placing the leg over my right leg and foot on my left thigh and rolling my forearm on sole of foot working 1-2-3-2-1. In this way their foot does not side off my leg. My leg is more level like you were seating down legs crossed position. Works very well.

Section 1 Module 3
OK in my last module i told you i was rocking back and forth on the feet and in this module you said you like to start out in Tec.1 by Circle my body and use my Thumbs on the 3 lines of soul of the foot.
NOTE: Circling my body much better than JUST Rocking back and forth.
I have learned that some clients foot is not as flexible at the ankle as others so some adjust is made to make it more comfortable for them.
and also circling and rocking with a Gallop in the make of the motion makes it much easier.
Also working the energy lines in the soul of the foot is easier.

Section 1 Module 4
Tec. #1 Laying on side pillow under knee, going to have to practice more on this one. I haven't done lots of sideline massage. haven't felt much need in it unless i'm working out in the field with Athletics and it comes in handy then.
Tec Prone position using knees on souls of feet she love the pressure of that. now standing on them can't do on the table and not safe.
Tec: using the fist and slowly rocking is also a very nice feeling. My wife does that a lot on me.

Section 1 Module 5
Foot movements:
You talked about Locked hips. I worked with one of my clients a few days ago and I could not move the toes in on one foot and touch the table with it as the other foot could. And yes that hip was locked up. So we are adding more hip work on that hip from the Hip course I took from you.
Tec: foot over foot and leaning forward with my body weight was a very strong move. Working with my wife yes start out very light. She said wow back off some - the traction is very powerful. Using my breath in the movement does help.
Tec: hand on below toes and lean forward. She was a very nice stretch on the calf area she loved that. she rides horses a lot and her calfs are very tight.

Section 1 Module 6:
Rotating Foot, I had one client that his foot , or Ankle and when rotating it gently said it felt ok. And there ankle felt better afterwards. But holding on to there ankle as you up pressure on to there foot and then rotating it he said MUCH better. Does take some practice getting the ankle hand to move in opposite direction of top hand.
Rotating foot and pulling leg back with your leg under there leg: notice this Tec. is kind of the same in the full Thai massage movements.
Tec: Flexing Foot and Left foot off table and flexing at arch of foot. This works well off of the table my stool works well using the Heal- Center- Foot.
1-2-3.

Yes, in the first section of the foot massage course there is a little overlap with the Complete Thai Massage course, but from the next module on it will all be 100 percent new and different.
By the way, I still do not see a certification registration form from you. I explained in my first post in this thread how to do this. In order for us to issue you a certificate, we need this form. Please send it in.

I do use the third stlye combination or General way. The ones who what just foot massage are very tender foot and the Therapeutic way they love or like much better.
Using the J-Hook Stroke is new to me. Nice way cover the lines and. slide out to the side.
Most of my clients like most of the stokes you showed. I have found cross fiber stroke is the best way or pin point an away to focus on.

Module 9 Thai foot massage.
In working between the toes I call that SAWING between them. Working with some clients i can slide all my fingers between all the toes at once and do the sawing movement and gentle squeeze all of them. Not all to much.
Moving up the lower of the leg the heal of my hand works best.
Heal area i use the my knuckle or thumb. I have Not found one client that do not like slide my hands up there leg.
I have one client that rides horses a lot and loves her side of her claves with sliding up and cross fiber back down.
On the Knee circling one of my clients love that cause of the knee surgery she had done it.

Hi Shama,
The slapping Tec. on top of foot is a few nice feeling. My wife love it to get the feeling back.
I always have a towel under there feet. Cause i use a warm moist towel to wrap there feet to get it ready to massage. and dry towel to lay over the warm moist towel. Works very nice with these Tec.
I use these Tec. on my wife she love most of them and it will be be very useful in adding some to my Foot massage.
