Thank you for the clarification in my above comments.
I like the addition of leaning on the erectors. I have done that prone, but feel like this gets into it in deeper. The rocking spinal twist is also a nice addition specially for those with back issues who may be hesitant to relax into twists. The spinal twist has been the best thing about this module, my clients love it! With feedbacks from my partner I got it.My partner said she really enjoyed the last technique of having her body bent backwards around my knee.I need a little more work with the rocking technique and also using my body. I think maybe the tension of thinking about next technique.I just need to relax and breath.

I applied these techniques few of my clients who have shoulder issues and they have enjoyed them. Going to keep working with this one to create a whole shoulder sequence. The shoulder stretches in the side position were quite effective, my partner definitely felt a stretch, i felt this was perfect for loosing the joint and stretching the rotator cuff muscles.
This was a great way to get into the shoulder and get it loosened up. Thanks Shama

I like the side lying work, the tricky part for me was where I left and pull back on her scapula. My rhythm felt off, ill keep practicing however the scapular work is always well received, the move where you hook the fingers into the scapular ridge was accurate for finding knots hidden underneath. My client today really enjoyed that as he has shoulder issues. My favorites in this video were pulling back on the clients arm onto my leg and make circular motions with my body. My partner loved this and I stated it was a great way to loosen up all around the shoulder.
The 1-10 method is very helpful during these moves. Excited to continue the modules!

For me the sitting section was very informative. I do some sitting work, and it is nicer to end with savasana as well as it takes some work to hold themselves upright. I love the idea of supporting them in some way throughout the work.
The back bend with foot rocking was my client favorite technique. She mentioned it felt interesting and strange at first, but then felt great. I can say it was interesting to perform, I’m being careful with shoulders. The trapezius kneading and rocking I like, I just find myself still using muscle when I perform some of the moves and just need to be aware of my body, my breathing and pressure, I’m aware it will take me some practice.

The first two postures were difficult to do just due to my partner’s size, but they were able to practice on me so I could experience the stretches.
I was able to do the trapezius/neck work and have a better idea of what parts of my forearms and elbows to use now.The arm and back traction was fine with my partner. And she said it felt good. For me is a challenge to stay balanced on my toes. The other neck moves you showed were all great as well and gave me good feedback backs, I used my elbow because my client’s neck is very tight; I applied it being careful and he liked, we were able to release the tension. My client tend to hunch over; he has poor ergonomic positions, how could I handle this without repeating or asking him to seat straight?
These indeed are powerful back stretches!

Thank you for the communication module. So much comes naturally since I've been doing it some already, but others are great new addition:). I always take a few moments before I start a session to do an intake with the client.I did enjoy the communication video. I liked how you went through to make the client feel welcome and comfortable to provide feedback and be an active participant in the massage.
Thank you so much for the wonderful videos and sharing all your knowledge Shama.I truly enjoyed learning from you and I look forward to explore more trainings.
