Module 13
For this module I needed to be a bit more patient with myself concerning my pace and pressure awareness. I can see these techniques need more hands on for me to feel comfortable with this module. I would love to try all of these face techniques on my younger daughter, who is an esthetician, to get her feedback.
But, I am going to add right away the moves that flow well for me into my table sessions. And taking note as to what you said about following the "flow of the sequence". It makes good sense.
Thank you

Module 14
This module I will watch several times over because I believe we, as therapists, have the ability to "project" goodness and health into each and every client we serve. Even in my table sessions I have a continuous mindfulness of the energy flow into their bodies. All of it out of love and caring. I want this person to be whole, healthy, pain-free, etc.
The bigger challenge is the time constraints of the sessions. (At my workplace) I want to incorporate more of this HHM, so then the practice becomes- what to add and what to leave out. I want the total meditative effect, cannot hurry this.
Small steps.

Module 15
This module I decided that the only "troubled" neck I had to work on was my daughter's, who has suffered whiplash (more than once). I do move cautiously with every technique that I am practicing. She has enjoyed the stretching moves the most. The first towel technique (mod 16) is a good example of what she enjoys, simply from the feeling of creating space within the disc of her cervical spine.
Module 16
Moving into this module, as I stated, the first towel technique was well received. I feel comfortable with this move because I was shown this technique, not as detailed, by another therapist to help me assist my daughter when she was in pain. I want to keep up the practice with step one of the video for the details of the move. The second half of this module needs a lot more time, due to the fact it is so challenging. I also lack available practice partners to give me the variety that I would like. Such as a thick neck.
Thank you
