Module 12

              This VDO is fancy calf muscle stretch .  I'm always do the version 1 and I pick to practice version 2  my left  knee down and keep right knee up put my partner leg on my knee I use my fingers below my partner toe and lean back 12321 When I put my fingers on number 3 is on middle of his sole he said feel very good and when I put my fingers below the toe this is number 1 and lean back this one can feel stretch his calf muscle. I will use this one for work feel good on the foot and calf in the same time.

              The other one I practiced my calf is pushing his thing back in order to straighten out his leg at the same time I pull his ankle forward when I did one for my partner can feel stretch on his lower back but when I moved forward a little bit he can feel stretch on his leg.

              I practiced all of it and will pick the right for my clients .

Module 13

Thigh adductor tendon is interesting . I did not get many client about this problem may be a few . I practiced with my partner I lift his leg up a little bit that I can see the joint then I was working around the joint I used my fingertips circling and wiggling ,my partner said feel good and this is a personal area I have to be gentle and like you said think softness . This is a good technique and I hope I can help someone in the future.

Better to have extra techniques available, even if you don't use them so much. Sooner or later you will have a client for whom those techniques are just right. Smile

Module 14

Hip rocking and hip stretches I practiced all the techniques . I practiced more for half back arch stretch with quad and hip flexor. I did this stretch for my client sometime and I did quadriceps stretch for whom can do it and I make sure they don't have a knee problem.

I practiced with my partner I start with quadriceps stretch  I bent his knee put the foot out and I put my palm press his quadricep and leg , then after I was moving around to the other side (I doing good on moving around 🙂 I'm doing this all the time ) put my right foot go below his knee and put my left hand go under his lower back and lean back pulling the back and my partner feel stretch in his Q and lower back , I like this technique and this is new for me I will keep practice with this one it is useful stretch Q and lower back in the same time. I love to hear when I'm work on my client and them say " feel so good " thank you for great techniques

Module 15

About belly area I am rarely work on it . This is a good VDO for me . I practiced with 2 partners girl and guy.

I practiced  technique double palm rotations and double palm push-pull on the abdomen between hip bone and ribs , my girlfriend said feel good but sometime I put too much pressure she didn't like  and didn't enjoy my massage. I did both techniques with my guy partner he has a big belly this technique didn't work for him , he didn't feel anything. I did elephant walking up and down the entire chest area he likes this one felt good to his pectoralis.

   thank you always remind about breathing when working . I held breath sometime when I'm doing deep work made me very tired after work and I notice that when I work and take a deep breath then after that I feel I have more energy to work on the client.

Module 16

 I practiced the technique shoulder lift-lean . This technique is very useful for me . I can say 80% of my clients are need this one. I use my fingers down to between shoulder blade and spine , people carry their tension in this small area. I slide my hand up and I don't need to ask my partner how he feel then I sit next to my foot and I use my fingers of both hands circling when move my fingers I can feel tight and knot . I can do circling and triggers point in the same time 😉 I love this technique I wish someone can practice on me .

Module 17

This module is full option for hand . My partner loves it , he is a computer guy always use his hands typing and moving computer mouse . I started work circular arm elephant walking and work on his arm and did sliding off the hand , this one feel very good on tried hands .

The abdominal work takes time to feel right. You should start it very gently and try to put a lot of feeling in your hands. It should feel like a slow dance. Try listening with your hands instead of just doing something with them. 

Abdominal work on people with big bellies is always more difficult. On some people it is best to skip the belly work.

Module 18

I practiced upper spinal twist version 1 and 2 . I practiced this technique with my girlfriend . I put my leg across her thigh trying to put like weight on her and I used both my hands around her shoulder blade and rotation she said feel very good then I pull it up she can  feel stretch on her upper and lower back , she loves this one.

I could do it but I wasn't comfortable I thought because I am short and my girlfriend is tell. I love  this technique because I knew how is feel like when my girlfriend did it to me . I will  keep practice this one .

Module 20

Warm up back of the legs  same like my routine , one thing that I learnt more from this VDO was traction and contraction of ankle knee and hip joints . I practiced this with my partner he side feel okay didn't say feel good ( I want to hear he say feel good ) and I did exactly like VDO  he said maybe his leg too big I thought I missed something Confused then I did rocking motion that very relaxing .

With practice it will feel good. Don't put yourself under pressure, thinking that it has to be perfect the first time around. Also not everyone enjoys all the techniques in the same way. So sometimes it is not you, but your partner who just doesn't like a particular move as much. That can happen.

I learnt this from you . I am not notice this before  this is a big difference between pressing and leaning " pressing is painful and leaning feels good"  . I practiced this technique prone leg triangle hip stretch I did both thing on my partner glutes and between pressing and leaning . He likes leaning more then pressing it is feel more pressure deep into his glutes . I'm getting more technique 🙂

Yes, this makes a big difference. The fact is that if Thai Massage is done with pressing instead of leaning, it feels terrible! Frown

Module 22

Technique prone double leg heel to buttock is one of my routine and sometime I worked on clients whom are very flexible and this technique just nothing for them and I was wondering what can I do for flexible clients . I got the answer today . I practiced with my girl partner and she is very flexible , so she was face down on the mat I practiced prone double leg heel to buttock and I used my legs block her knees and lean her legs down pointing the heel against to outside and she felt stretch , it works .

Module 23

This VDO very interesting . I have a client he is a chef and every time he came to get massage and his problem is low back pain and about sacroiliac joint . He is working 9-10 hours a day and work 5-6 days a week .He comes to get massage at least once a month and from your techniques I will be able to give more techniques. I practiced with my partner , circle the sacrum with my palms, sacrum percussion and hip rocking. I practiced thumbs rocking in the groove and my partner gave me a feedback he felt little bit hurt may be I didn't get the right place . I will keep practice all of it because I thought all the techniques from this VDO is good for SI problem .

Module 24

I always used my thumbs and wrists still working on "traditional" . I practiced all of them and I think couples techniques I will use more often , technique big palms circles on far side of back , this one is very good on shoulder blade and rhomboid and technique off set wiggle this one my partner likes it but technique up and down did not feel good for him. Since I watch your VDO I notice myself holding my breath sometime while I was working.

    Thank you for always remind every single VDO about how to breath , body mechanics and use the bogy weigh .
