Module 31

Rocking techniques is really helpful for block or stiff shoulders and hip, thanks for teaching this.

I tried Arm circling with shoulder stretch techniques with two client, it is very strong for people with stiff shoulders even after rocking, yeah and i hear cracking. One of the client can handle it and she felt better but the other one she can't she said its painful and strong even after rocking. So did i do something wrong or its normal that some people can't handle it?

Rotate shoulder back while leaning on trapezius technique, in this one my body position was hard for me to do it, i tried a lot until i can do it and steel need more practise Smile i will try harder to do it .

Actually this module all i felt is hard for me to do it and it needs a lot of practising with someone agree to handle it.

You have to watch the arm circling technique at one particular point. When you bring the arm up above the head and then start to swing it behind your client's back, that's the point where you can easily cause pain. So you have to be very sensitive at this point in the circle and make sure that you do not cause pain. In other words you have to ease it a bit at this point.

I know there are some techniques in this module which are not so easy and will take extra practice time. Anyway, you own this course for life and have plenty of opportunity to re-watch the videos and practice it until it feels more natural. Smile

Module 32

Many of people they asked me: do you know how to crack the area under the shoulder blade or near to this lower area of scapula, Is it right to do that because here its popular to crack it even they have a name in arabic for this area? but i don't know how to crack it.

If someone big or with big breast they don't feel comfortable with kneading the muscle lats, i tried with one like this but she doesn't want to complete so i stopped.

My partner likes all the techniques but most one is lift and pull scapula back and traction for the arm, she said it release the pain and tension on her shoulders.

For me this module is also need a lot of practising.

In Thai Massage there is no cracking for the shoulder area. There are some techniques in Thai Massage where you can get a release with cracking. This tends to happen mostly with the spine when you do spinal twists. But still, the goal is not to produce the cracking - that's just something which may happen or not.

If someone doesn't like a particular technique, you can either skip it or, instead of kneading the lats, you can try just doing palm circling on this area. Sometimes just modifying a technique a little bit can totally change the feeling and the response to it. But there is nothing wrong with skipping certain techniques, especially if someone doesn't like it. That can and does happen.

Module 33

I like the idea of supporting the back with my knee because before when i do it of someone her body moved and not supported.

About squeeze the neck with palms, actually i didn't do it because as you said if i don't feel comfortable to do it so don't need to do it. I prefer squeezing the neck with one hand.

Back bend and shoulder stretch with foot rocking, my foot should be strait and not press hard because when i do it my partner body is moved from down, is that mean her body not supported well and I'm pressing hard or what?

My partner really enjoyed spinal twist techniques.

Thanks

For Back bend and shoulder stretch with foot rocking you have to be careful. It is easy to overdo this technique. It can be painful for people with very tight shoulders, and you need to learn how to "dance" with your feet on the back. It should not feel like pressure, but like a flowing and gentle back massage. You mostly use the ball of your foot.

Module 34

Traction for arm and back if the person longer than me or women do it for men, is it possible to do this techniques?

Back stretch techniques is hard for me and i have to practise it  a lot if i want to do it.

Some of forearm techniques i found the problem only if my client longer than me.

My partner really she enjoyed the shoulder stretch, she said its very strong but the feeling after it is amazing.

Regarding your question - there is an entire video in the Art Of Thai Massage bonus course which you will receive later on in this course which talks about that and explains it in detail. I will let you watch this video which explains it much better than I could do in this forum post.
