I do martial -arts and many times I feel a pain and leave it. Later on I feel the ache I don't take any Pharmaceuticals so I went for a massage and realized I was better for a few weeks. 9 out of 10 when I was a security guard at night clubs I had more energy and awareness. I also have scoliosis threw massages yoga and Ti-Chi I don't have pain any more and my back feels good every day.
My wife, my brothers and sisters are amazed.
Many people don't know how beneficial massage, yoga, or Tai Chi can be. I have practiced all of these as well. I also have a martial arts background, but I had to stop doing that because of injuries. Then I decided going to the softer methods like Tai Chi and Chigong. Of course Thai Massage fits in perfectly with all that.
My Sifu Cann, here in Bermuda actually teaches ti-chi along side qi-gong. It really does help to keep us a float in my country because I live in a Paradise of fast pace. I am up early to do daily things. I work most nights between 12 am and 3 am. Thai massage has helped me to feel balanced.
