H,i my name is frank from Geneva, Switzerland, new to forum so …I am a hatha and kundalini yoga teacher, I also teach qi gong and tai qi for 10 years full time job , after studying in Chiang Mai last two years for months each time, I turn to thai traditional therapies like ruesri dat ton(thai yoga), nuad boran, and herbalism.

Thanks to Shama for his passion and beautiful course, it really helps me because of its accessibility in terms of direct practice, simple and efficient.

In some new posts i would like to share my views on yoga and massage approach and this kind of hype around practice (i am fighting for keeping traditional arts …traditional!!)

see you soon khap
