Hello or KONICHIWA as way greet here in Japan
My name is Lynn. I was introduced to Thai massage a few years ago during my Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Certification. I have about 18 hours with of training under my belt. I have used all the knowledge from that training and even did some extra research watching additional Thai videos because I enjoy it so much. Before the pandemic, I used to teach a substantial amount of in person private classes and as part of the practice I added 15-20 minutes of Thai massage heaven so that my clients could lengthen, surrender and relax into the experience even more.
I work a lot now with my husband since he has a recurring back injury that comes and goes. He has benefited so much from me working with him and hardly ever complains about his back. He is my main client at the moment. I have been looking around for a while to find a good quality course and stumbled upon this great one which is offered online. Thank you very much Shama! I have been enjoying watching your videos and really appreciate the fact that they are explained in such a simple way so that it is accessible for me to connect with it. I will be taking my time to complete each module since I believe just like teaching Yoga, it's an intentional practice and I want the same to be received when I am giving the massage.
I look forward to learning from you and I am grateful that I will be able to add more tools to my toolbox.

Hi Lynn, welcome to our community. You are clearly a perfect fit for this course. Actually a high percentage of our students are yoga teachers and have either integrated Thai Massage into their teaching or are offering it as a separate service.
Definitely take your time with the course - it will always be there for you. It is better to go through it slowly and thoroughly than rushing it, just like yoga practice, as you mentioned.
