i teach yoga different styles and meditation for about 10 years full time now , i noticed that some new fashion came into the practice mostly initiated in the us , and we see the practice turning into a demonstration of speed hardcore and extreme acrobatics asanas.

what is the practice becoming , star system, yoga teachers like  divas , hype studios and trendy mats and apparel??!!well this what we should call"evolution"?? the practice is not a circus i notice in my classes that people are not mastering basic poses and already jumping to walls for trying to go into scorpion or handstand poses , what a mess!!!

what disturbed me is since i start my studies in nuad boran , i start noticing the same problem coming, acrobatics (what the use of it please tell me the therapeutic aspects of aerial positions !!!??) massages divas trendy schools and arbitrary judgement of people capacities , i think shama you wrote about people coming to CM with some ideas about recognition of certificates and so….i don't like that , specially concerning thai culture wich is rich , quite preserved and not too corrupted by money in teachings 

my teachers are simple people with a huge heart and a good soul there you feel metta and we have to preserve te real purpose of these therapies taking care of others with a good heart, metta lets go back to shivago prayer and meditate on it
