I find Thai massage not only helps release tension all over my body but it also helps me centre my mind and helps me to feel rebalanced afterwards. As you say it is not only great for a therapist to be able to use other parts of their body, but also beneficial for the client as you can penetrate deeper into tight muscles by using your body weight and elbows etc.</description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is a great post, which explains Thai massage very well.
